Europcar Schiphol Airport

Prepare yourself well (have a real credit card with funds available), don't be cheap and get insurance, follow instructions and you'll have a good time with Europcar. Had no issues renting an SUV for a week - the car was clean and ready to go, the renting process was smooth. 300EUR deposit refunded 2 weeks after drop-off.

Easy to collect and return vehicle. Nothing more u could ask for from a car rental. seamless collection and return. will return to rent.

We mixed up our booking and arrived early. The chap on the desk was so lovely and helpful and was able to organise a vehicle for us saving us paying for a hotel and keeping our travel plans on track. He was a delight to deal with. Car was clean and we got the model we wanted. Highly recommended.

Booked a full-size sedan and got a fairly new and clean Lexus (fully loaded but not my type of car). Returned the car elsewhere free of charge and deposit was returned the next day. No hassle and quick pickup and dropoff service.

Renting from Europcar was an excellent decision! They have the best rates, got a sweet little VW Polo hybrid and it was zippy. Easy to pickup and return- no hidden fees or quirks, very professional and friendly staff.

Rental car service at its best. Had a problem with my planned car trunk size and Tarik (one of the Europcar staff at Schipol) gladly helped and literally went out of his way to make sure we get the right car with fitting size despite the hassle. A good brand experience through customer service. I would consider using europcar for future rentals from my usual other brands of rental service.

Friendly team at the check-out - clean car (free Upgrade) and the best at the end: I forgot my wallet with all cards and cash in the car - the employer Rachid Fatouh called me later when I was already finished with the Security Check. He found my wallet and informed me about it. We met, I got my wallet back!

Rachid is therefor in my eyes the „employee of the month” !

Got a VW TRoc for the week, long wait in queue for car in terminal, assistant very efficient n clarified everything clearly. Easy to return too!

It was good service ( pick up / return) and friendly staff.. I recommend Europcar best company for renting cars… Top

The car was in tiptop condition
Clean from inside and outside
Unlike other companies they gave the best they had of my booking category
It was less than 10 minutes to pick it up and less than 2 minutes to drop off

Very pleased with my experience at this rental office. I made an erroneous booking online which they helped me correct without any fuss. The whole renting process was just smooth, and the staff was professional (as should be expected but cannot be taken for granted everywhere). Even helped me retrieve an item I forgot in the car.

Might be slightly more than other car rentals, but at least you get complete peace of mind. The entire process was very quick and smooth, with great customer service.

I will definitely be using again. Thanks for making my trip to Amsterdam a nice one.

The process was brilliant ,they bought us a coffee and a bite to eat as the car was not ready.
Then at the pick up one very tall Dutchman was efficient and friendly at pick up as well as our return.

Better then the return at Gatwick previously ,where a 10 pound bribe was required to eliminate the imaginary scratches.
Although my I pad photos indicated no such damage .
Definitely a bit of a scam going on at that drop of spot.

due to a family bereavement we flew to the Netherlands on 6th November 2019, where a car was hired for us through the family. When arriving at the desk, there were a few issues, at which point we decided to cancel the car hire and take the train. Having been chatting to Avithal for a few minutes and informing her why we had to come to The Netherlands, she decided to have a chat with her manager. She went above and beyond her duties to help us ad at the end we got the car. Avithal, you are a star and made our stay so much easier. Thank you Avithal and Europcar, your people at Schiphol are a pleasure to deal with, always in for a chat and always friendly.

Very easy and fast,, it’s very handy to get it that way at the airport ( where the train stopped before central station,, coming from Paris),, and much cheaper than in Amsterdam centrum

Rented a car for 2 days at schiphol. Everything went very smoothly. Getting the car on schiphol was easy, at 7.30 am there were people at the desk who helped me and gave me directions to the garage. To the left of the rental desks there is an escalator you need to talk, then walk all the way to the end (quite a long hall), then take the elevator to 0. You will find a europcar booth there. There was an employee here as well who drove the car in front and handed me the keys, off I went! When I returned (you can find directions by googling "car returns schiphol) there were several people of europcar already waiting. By the time I was done gathering my stuff he had already checked the outside of the car, after a quick check inside I was good to go. As said, it was surprisingly easy and I appreciate they put in effort to make the process as quick as possible.

I've ordered a family 5 door car, I got an automatic transmission Passat, very roomy with a large baggage that served 4 grone people with a lot of luggage.
The crack in and out was fast.

I would like to thank VINCE who helps me out dropping off a car (from the awful Green Motion car hire company). Just for the excellent service to someone who wast even his client, EuropCar are my new go-to firm. Thank you sir!

Very friendly hand helpfull people. We picked up our car in Leiden and then droped it here in Schiphol Airport, we had no problems in either office.

I will rent again at Europcar!
