Vandaag - 3 september - naar Holland and Barrett gefietst. Op de site staat dat ze open zijn van 12.00 tot 17.00 uur. Is niet het geval. Goed om te weten voor anderen.

Bad customer service. I've been asking for a product, at the Kassa the cashier has pushed me to buy a second product cause it was only 1 euro. at the end they charged me more then what I was supposed to pay, so I came back the day after to discover she gave me a more expansive product so she could increase the price way more. And she didn't give me any receipt. Bad customer service, I won't go back for sure and I hope she will get fired asap

Ik ben hier helaas al meerdere keren niet goed geholpen. Verkeerd advies gekregen, waardoor mijn klachten erger zijn geworden. Ik heb het idee dat de mensen die in dit filiaal werken geen tot weinig kennis over de producten hebben. Hierdoor krijg je dus een verkeerd advies en dat lijkt mij in zo’n type winkel niet bepaald verstandig.
Ben in Hilversum wel fantastisch geholpen. Goede kennis en denken met je mee.
