I recently had the pleasure of working with @Work Makelaardij, and I must say that Tom was an exceptional agent. From the moment we met, he was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs.

Tom went above and beyond to help me find the perfect property, even going to a location outside of his usual area of work. He was knowledgeable and gave great advice throughout the entire process.

One of the things that stood out to me was his quick response time. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was always there to provide me with an answer or reassurance.

Buying on your own as an expat can be an intimidating process and Tom did a wonderful job as my buying agent. One of the things I liked most was that he took me as a ‘starter’ buyer seriously, even if we aren’t the ‘biggest’ of clients and gave me the assurance that I could pull this off. During negotiations I felt confident he was in my corner and advised me on more aspects than just the price, including neighbourhood etc. He was a great communicator, patient with my requests and was available when I needed to contact him. I’d definitely recommend Tom in the future.

Dankzij aankoop makelaar Tom Gulje van @work makelaars heb ik mijn droomhuis kunnen kopen. Door zijn goede kennis van de markt wist hij precies wanneer de beste timing was om een bod te doen en gaf hij goede adviezen over de hoogte van het bod.

Dit was mij zelf nooit gelukt omdat je als koper toch vaak teveel gevoel hebt bij de aankoop van huis.

Tom was altijd bereikbaar en heeft ons tijdens het hele aankoop proces heel goed begeleid.
