We have been customers with Binkbikes ever since Jan sold us a cargo bike in 2019 that he himself had fully revised and tuned. My personal bike did receive a full maintenance by one of the team members and I've never had anybody work so diligently and thorough on it.

We've been having a great experience, Jan, Bianca and their team are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and helpful. Jan is always coming up with great ideas when you talk to him about what you want with your bike, and has suggestions to make your experience even better.

This year, Binkbikes is also offering cargo bike rental and we'll be making use of their service to go an a big tour. Bianca has been so very thoughtful in thinking with us, it has brought smiles to our family.

You name it, and they have it. The owners are super hospitable and sweet and will guide you throughly through your bike journey. Bink Bikes is way more than 'just a bike shop'! ✌

Went there on Saturday to get a 2nd hand bike for my daughter. John showed us several options, advised on pros and cons and added few nice touches to the bike we chose. Great service !
