Even busy staff boleh maintain friendly. Staf lelaki waktu malam 2 orang. Even pandai control the crowd like siapa taknak oden boleh beratur bayar kat kaunter terus, dia panggil. Memang friendly. Inikah kebangkitan familymart?

I’m just curious what is the function of “EXPRESS COUNTER”?? Dah la i queue panjang just to pay for ONE ITEM (air kotak)..n yeah i know kena tunggu lama sbb cashier kena layan those customer yg order ODEN..the preparation is taking too long n u all supposed buka express counter tu la utk others yg BUKAN beli oden.n as always alasan sebab x ckup staff n i recommend please la tak payah adakan express counter tu..useless pun..at last kena queue gak kat kaunter oden..even x beli oden..🤦🏼‍♀😑

Walk in to buy Sofuto. 3 guys on shift
1 Express counter open - No one
1 Oden cashier counter - 1 guy doing transaction
1 Oden prep counter - 1 guy prepping customer's Oden order

Hv to queue at the Oden cashier counter JUST to buy SOFUTO
Whats the point having Express counter and whats the other 1 staff doing standing watching the other 2 working?
Qeued 10 mins still not moving just walked out of the store.
Forget having Sofuto cos of slow service.

One staff named Fatin “Staff Supervisor” rude to customers. Understand that you all understaff but talk nicely to customers pls. Her tone very irritating and not friendly at all. Orang bayar kot, jawab nak nyaring2 kerek2.

I was at family mart around 3-3:15 on monday 22 jan 2024. The indian staff was so rude by words and her action!

Ordered delivery using Grabfood. The store sent an expired product! Expired almost a month ago

Staff yang lain smua okey , tpi ada sorang staff nama ( fatin ) terpaling kerek ye bila bercakap , cara cakap sumpah rude , xde attitude bila bercakap , xde nk senyum dengan cust , cakap mcm nk bergaduh .. pls laa ! Dah 2/3 kali pergi asyik dia yg serve but , setiap datang tu la cakap berlagak nak mmpos ! Pls la dgn cust jaga etika sikit , xnk senyum xpe , atleast ckp la baikk baikk , tahu fnb penat aiyo😌😌

staff tak friendly langsung , ada banyak staff tpi buat tak layan je org nak bayar kat cashier , beli satu air jee pon . asyik buat oden je . tak layan customer . bad service 👋🏻🙄
