Big town with small train station. As of Feb 26th 2023. The station is in the midsy of upgrade and renovation. Worry not the facilitids such as restroom, musolla (surau) and different abed bodies (oku) restroom is there. Car park can be a challenge here. May need to park elsewhere.

One of the best up keep station full infor of ktm scheduled toilet is well decorated clean cosy information. Only thing the electronic board not function

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the police whom work on 5th November 2022 around 8pm, but not the female staff on the counter

UPDATE: The new KTM is punctuate and on time now. There are apps to check where the train is and I love it!
The app I use is Moovit

KTM is never on time.
My advise is check the arrival time of train, then stay outside and enjoy food stalls nearby.
The fee to go into washroom is 50sen. The washroom is clean.

Great customer service...

Just train always late,.. And for me, that’s totally fine. Everyone always late, don’t and never judge them... At least you have some solid proof about why they came late.

Old KTM station which i found very convenient because you dont have to park at multi storey parking area like the new KTM station such as Sg Buloh.
