My hospital admission for surgery was a positive experience overall. The staff were attentive and caring, providing excellent service throughout. Despite a longer wait for admission to the operation theatre due to other emergency cases, the staff communicated well and ensured my comfort. The room is clean and comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. I appreciate the quality of care received during my time at KPJ Rawang.

It was my 2nd time here. 1st sbb jaga my son warded with Bronchitis dkt ward Paeds. Now my self warded at Ward 6 bed 625. Decide to go here bcs of their pleasent care and all staff / dr / nurse are kind. Very attentive and helpful.

Bed 410 - Recently had my surgery done and it was successful ✨ Dr. Prema Latha Supramaniam was my surgeon and she did a very good job explaining to me the procedure of the surgery. Overall my stay was very comfortable and all nurse team was very help and attentive. Food also delicious 🫶🏻

Been here for 3 night çöz our baby got slight fever. The hospitality was superb got affective doctor tq Dr koh and nice staff nurse. The room very nice got decent interior. The meal also good. Can't said more I think the best hospital in Rawang. Hope management could put more greeny area like small garden for nice ambiance

Have been admitted to KPJ for 5 days..overall,i am satisfied with the services provided by KPJ since the day i entered into emergency department until discharge..The ED staff is very attentive,fast and responsive when attending to my sickness..The room is clean and comfortable which allow patient to rest and recover well.Kudos to Level 7 staff nurses. They are well trained,friendly,polite and have empathy towards patient. They treat me with due care. A special shot out to Dr Azlin for treating me.. she is such a good and experienced doctor..thank you very much to KPJ management for gooh customer service.

Really good to have private specialist like this, the only in one Rawang so far. Been having treatments (minor surgeries) here for me and family members. All great so far; the doctors, nurses, the staffs, facilities. They are accommodating me when I last minute wanted to change room before admission.

At the time of this review, some floors (that is open for public) are under renovation. Should look good after this.

Parking is limited though. I always plan my checkups in the morning to avoid circling for parking.

I wandered around the hospital when I first arrive after checking in my father. All the levels I explored, just came for the first time. This hospital is good, there is a Gloria Jean coffee house, in addition to the existing cafeteria. There are several convenient stores, surau and also a comfortable waiting room.

So that's my experience taking care of my father at KPJ Rawang. Nice hospital with an excellent facilities, friendly staffs and also good service except for insurance process. But it's okay, still have room for improvement in the near future

Next check-up is next month, the date is available and if you want to change the date, you have to inform in advance. Advised not to walk-in because it will be the last person because everyone who comes already has an appointment and their turn.

1st time admitting in kpj rawang... previously my admission and medical follow up will be in other famous medical centers in klang valley...the process of admission under emergency in kpj rawang was efficient and fast with immediate doctors follow up.......admitted due to appendicitis.... was impressed with the hospitality and treatment given in kpj rawang. which treated under doctor SANGAR PERUMAL... DR are very kind with his follow up and updating on my progress continuously till my discharge...
the staffs are very kind and sorting out all my needs effectively throughout my admission at level 7 for 5 days. .. room 715
Discharge follow up also was good and efficient ... especially with DC-SANGAR PERUMAL.. and other staff at registration at level 1 suite 3...
also not forgotten the customer rep who follow up efficiently with me into all my needs in hospital accordingly till my last day of discharge ..
I will say this hospital is my 1st priority preference moving forward since was very happy in terms all the process ..
i didt expected this results till i feel it my own self....
things need further improvement ... is to prepare designated oku parking at multi story parking to ease oku patient's movement

i’ve been admitted here for 7 days. the service was so good. i stayed in room 401 level 4. the foods here were good and delicious. the nurses were so friendly and the doctor also nice. they keep updating me about my treatment until i discharged from the ward. thank you so much

Great hospitality for the employee. It was a surprise and eye opener, all the staff celebrating Chinese New year. (Tak Kira Bangsa) and malay singing Chinese song.

Second time to be here and what can I said is all good. From nurse , management and doctor as well. I hope management consider to make more single room for patients.

With stomach problems for 3 years, I have stomach pain, acid reflux, and heartburn.. it’s become worse and even effects my daily routine.. I couldn't bear it anymore, so I came here to ask for help. Fortunately I met Doctor Rusdan here, and I do take a gastroscopy… Thank you so much to all taking good care of me and such a great service..
