I went to emart muar on 7th November 2023 at 12:20PM. The store was empty with no other customers in sight. There was no one at the main counter to serve me while the other male worker who was posited at the other counter by the side, seemingly busy unpacking store items. When I was ready to order, I looked for anyone to serve me, peering over the counter for three minutes or so, still none. The male worker who was at the other counter was there, saw me and my mother but seemingly did not attempt to get other coworkers to serve me and did not attempt to serve me at all. He continued unpacking the items, ignoring me. Disappointed, I left the store without making any purchase. Safe to say, I won’t go here anymore. If you want an experience of being ignored by the sales assistant, peering over cash registers hoping to get ANYONE to serve you but no one came, you can come here.

Beli Iced chocolate rasa tawar sangat. Pergi semula kaunter tanya kenapa rasa tawar boleh add syrup ke. Staff kata mmg mcm ni rasanya nak add syrup kena bayar. Persoalan saya untuk apa saya bayar Rm6+ Iced Chocolate untuk rasa air kosong. Mmg tawar mcm air kosong. Takde rasa chocolate tak ada rasa langsung. Hilang. Rasa membazir beli. Better lagi beli ice chocolate mcd.
