The store is well managed by Mgr Sundra. He walks around to ensure stocks are replenished and was ever ready to assist customers. He is responsive and had help looked for items not on the shelves. Good job Sundra and staffs👍

Lots of shops to find the stuffs you need, supermarket, hair stylist, manicure, pedicure, movies, electronics, phone and even a Resort!

Pretty much a convenient store, and it was my first time at this place after years of living overseas. The queue at both the self check-out and manned registers were really long. There was this inconsiderate customer who paid for friends with separate billings and payments, while the rest of us stood in line to watch and wait, which I feel, should be disallowed. Or perhaps, increase the number of cash registers? Other than that, the ladies at the registers were pretty friendly, thus, with this, service is quoted excellent.

the shop is very crowded and cramped... the lotus shop inside KSL is very big, I shopped for things at Lotus,, today Milo is very cheap Rm 17.99/1kg. cheap maybe because of Eid al-Fitri

If you are in JB, this is the place to go. Everything under one roof. And good food too. You will really need sometime to walk through the floors.

Tesco @ KSL Mall is the Supermarket where anyone can shop and get things they need 🥩🍗🥓🍰🍇🍑🍎🛒 but beware that the ‚Q‘at cashier will be long. A small tip from JB Sentral one can get a Bus S1 to KSL city 👌🏽if not enjoy 😉😊 day in JB

Nice place but a lot of non halal restaurant. But there are still halal food you can find.
Plenty of choice for massage, hair saloon, manicure, pedicure and mobile phone accessories.

Great shopping experience inside n outside.

It is the place where I usually shop for large bottles of mineral water when I go for my short JB jaunts. Warning though : avoid the Nescafe Caramel coffee which I never saw in Singapore. It was a BIG MISTAKE. It tastes terrible.

Lotus supermarket is a very good cheap supermarket. On Monday only on Monday there a pasar Malam which opens at 4.30pm outside KSL and it's a big pasar Malam with lots of food 😋and stuff to takeaway and bring home.
Only problem is going thru the JB customs take a little time but with patience, you will enjoy once you are cleared.☺

It’s fine. There are no problems and you can use the self service pay machines... so you know how much you pay. The place is clean and the range isn’t bad. If there are special promotions, then Tesco is even better. Compared to the shopping mall next door, the items here are well priced. There is not only food, but technical gadgets, household goods etc

Went to Tesco for some groceries. Not much of Chinese New year crowds. Did not feel the festive atmosphere as compare to previous years Which made me remincense of the good old days. What a year it had been. A advance Happy New Year greetings to all.
