Family Mart at Kampung Baru Bentong - Worker Faiz is very good, sales keep coming in non stop, he still serves customer very good and with good manners. Just that why the manager, let him work alone? Where is other staff? He handling both walk in and food panda. Environment not clean enough because I think staff is not enough. Please give him a raise or change manager. Hahaha...

The express counter always closed, had to queue at oden counter and it wasted a lot of time. Some staffs never ask customer if they had membership to collect points. During MCO, I saw a lady staff wasn’t wearing mask properly came out from the storeroom.
