I went to pakopi this morning to purchase some drinks, however the service is extremely terrible in a way they treating me. How come they just some how calling me ‘boy oh boy’ while Im placing ny order. You should well-trained your staff to properly accommodating customer.

To the staff that in duty today, please remind yourself that you are serving a customer, not your friends or family. Kindly provide a good service and talk politely to your customer.

To the management, kindly review this issue in order to let your customer keep coming back. Otherwise, people won’t be back eventhough you are selling a best coffee just because your staff don’t have manner.
