Top up makanan ok, penjaga kaunter ada yang betul2 perform dan bagus, tapi saya memang tak tahan dgn bunyi screech semaaa pelanggan buka pintu tu. Harap repair atau lubricate pintu tu.

Went there at 8pm on 19/3. The light was dimmed, thought maybe it was on energy saving mode. As I drove along, I looked for any ‘closed’ signage. No signage. Parked some place far. Walked to the shop only to be told by the staff that it was closed. It could be closed for whatever reason, but at least put a signage.

Imagine you only put 1 worker to handle tons of customers during hari raya holidays. I wont complaint about the worker but the FM's management instead. This is so sad seeing her doing everything alone. Do better next time FM.

Ada singgah haritu staff lelaki sorang tu okay. Baru2 ni singgah lagi. Ada sorg je yg jaga kaunter. Perempuan. Very rude. Yes i know that you are exhausted treating the customers, but please always be nice and hospitality towards your customer. Cara cakap pun tiada adab siap gelak2 lagi. Lagi2 sekarang ni tgh hot issue isr4el, FM antara shareholder terbesar yg supply weapons kt israhell. Haaa mendapat la korang 😆

I order guna Food Panda, laju je semua siap, tapi i order ramen yang ada sausage. Tapi dapat ramen kosong. Tapi benda pon dah order kan takpelah, cuma orang yang buat makanan tu baca la betul2 customer order apa, harga berbeza ye yang kosong lain yang ada sausage lain, takpelah walaupon tengah lapar gila 🤣🤣 spoil mood haha

Definitely disappointing!! We gotta wait for a really long time because they refused to open the other counter and we need to wait for them to prepare oden for other customers although we are not buying oden. The staff was also seen doing work very slowly despite the long queue and did not even apologise for us waiting for so long. I have purchased this drink and the staff refuse to provide us with straws saying that they are only allowed to give straw for boba or ice blended only. Which is absurd as this drink did not come with any straw and requires a straw to drink from. This has been a standard practice in all Family branches and for some reason the one in Kuala Pilah did not follow it. Dsappointing!!

The staff so rude ! please teach your staff how to respect customer. I’m waiting for 15minutes infront the express counter (no oden) cause i’m not buying oden but staff just ignore me ! Then, i decide to queue at the oden counter cause i see he busy with the others customer and only open one counter, But still same the staff keep ignore me ! i ask them politely “saya nak bayar dulu” but he skip me and go to the express counter and received the payment from others customer that waiting less than 5 minute ! Cause i cannot patient anymore, i queue back at the express counter and say to the staff “saya beratur dari tadi boleh layan orang lain dulu”, and the staff without any respect and did not even say sorry answer my response “yelah saya busy tadi” and do a annoying face. IS THAT MY PROBLEM IF YOU BUSY ? instead of menjawab sepatutnya say sorry lah ! sebab aku faham kau busy lah aku beratur dekat counter oden, lol stupidos !

It came out cold from the microwave! Microwave is as dirty as a trash can

20 minutes after I ordered, my drinks still hasn’t been prepared. They only started preparing after I asked about the order 😩

The service is very poor. I had check the delivery thru foodpanda since 2pm until now 4.30pm still closed.

Please treat your customers nicely. Family mart kuala pilah please educate your staff about customer service 😌
