I dont want to give a star even. Stupid bank, uneffective, slow service. Come to renew debit card, it took more than hours to complete.. i dont see manu customers around.. Aiyyo.. manager do something lah. Private entity but service is damn useless. Foreverly stupid.

Service moving at snail pace, not sure what is the reason the bank setting up customer service counter when the officer kept talking to the same customer for hours.
Better that they stop issuing Q number and accept one customer per day per customer officer only.
Just wasting of time ! Bad policy !

Feel so unsatisfy with the service. I brought my 89 yrs old father to do the atm card because he not really can line up every time when he want to draw his money, but after near 2 hours waiting, the lady officer at the customer service told us, "tak boleh buat debit card, nanti orang lain guna untuk beli barang!".
