service centre sangat efficient. bus condition is good and the driver is well-trained

28/4/23 Trip from Rantau Panjang to TBS. Drivers reluctant to assist to board passengers luggage. Shifted the bus without informing passengers while at Gua Musang rest stop. Was driving very fast and recklessly towards the end especially on reaching MR2... So Queen Express owner/management should take note of these aspects if they're serious business people. Will also write in to the authorities soon.

Bas QKB15 dari Tanah Merah-Shah Alam sampai di Tanah Merah on time tetapi mengambil masa perjalanan yang lama daripada biasa (9.30pm-6.30am). Pemandu berhenti lebih daripada sejam di Hentian Gua Musang, ingatkan dah sahur sekali. Tapi di Bandar Sri Petaling pun berhenti lagi di kedai tepi jalan dalam setengah jam untuk sahur.

Ketika sampai di Terminal Bas Seksyen 17 pun pemandu tidak berhenti di tempat yang disediakan terminal, hanya berhenti di tepi jalan yang membahayakan penumpang dan pengguna jalan raya. Plate Number DEL6677.

2 bintang sebab perjalanan lama dari biasa, tetapi bas bersih dan sampai di Tanah Merah on time.

This company didn't even deserve the one star. It should be negative star. The bus left without me. My boarding time is 8pm, I arrived at 7.40pm and printed the ticket at counter at 7.45pm. I have check each platform for 'Queen Express' but none seen, then proceed to wait near the announcer yet the bus leaves without any notice or whatsoever. The bus driver didn't even check the passenger lists and didn't call or anything.

Worst Bus driver I met in my life.I took the bus from kuala Besut to Kangar on 12 Sep. We were traveling with a baby and He was very rude to all of us. Bus was too cold and no blanket was provided .. when we tried to ask him if any blankets will be provided he shouted at us rudely.. He made us panic at 5.30 am when he shouted at us to alight immediately as the bus stop had arrived. He did not even give us enough time to check for things peacefully. We ended up leaving my kids shoes in the bus as we tried to get down from the bus as he was shouting at us. Worst experience ever in a new country.

August 21 Monday From Kota bhrau to KL I got the bus in the morning 09:30 but bus come 10:30 am also the bus driver extremely RUDE bad character look unwell and that people use the bus DONT USE THAT COMPANY don't see their rude drivers

the driver drive in FAST SPEED and dangerous driving skill (keep very near distance the cars in front of him to rush them ! ) Drive 95km/j in the middle lane in kesas highway then move to fast lane! Bus Plate: DDQ 6677

please manage the seats for the buyers well if you know your bus cannot buy tickets with mixed male and female seats. i understand that the employee wanted us to switch seats because we are both non-mahrams but he could have told us in person instead of announcing randomly and we still have to face the 8 hour journey (kl to klantan) after arriving at the destination , the same person say the same thing. if we buy our seats and we need to change , you better separate at the start for men and women. so we don't have to bear the shame during our journey. Honestly, your employee is not professional and is not able to reprimand his brother with prudence and even shame. (QKL14 TBS-KB)

Hi Queen Express. Pls notified customers if ur bus late. Sy tggu lebih dr 1jam. Bas lain lmbt pon stgh jam je. This is 1st and last bas sy beli dr queen Express. Very bad services

Warning ⚠⚠⚠ do not book with this bus company. I just took a bus from Kuala besut to Penang and they lost my baggage and cannot find it. I went to the police and they called the manager and cannot locate my luggage. They have no tracking and have no idea where it is.

I took this bus twice ady but this bus didn’t punctual at all. They tend to late almost 1 hour & I need to wait most of the time. Plis provide the better service for the next time

My 2nd experience for Queen Express. The driver drive the bus recklessly. Speeding and overtaking other vehicle all the way from Bentong to KB.

does not arrive on time prior to depart, took longer hours to reach my destination since a lot of requests to drop off on specific location rather than stop at designated place (ie: bus station)

The service is awful. Delay us for more than 4 hours??? I checked the road and it was clear, i don’t what’s taking them so long to arrive. First and last time I’ll ride this bus!
