I had a bad experience at McD KB Mall yesterday 24th July 2021. I redeemed 3 items totaled RM 30 and gave the cash to the staff. Receipts were successfully printed and i was waiting for the food. Later the staff came to me and said the order didnt went through.. I was wondering then why McDonalds manage to gave me the printed receipt.. The mystery was unsolved. I didnt get my 👶 buRgers...today i went to KFC HAHAHA. Goodbye McDonald's

Apart from superb customer service, you can spot lengzai lenglui at there XD and I'm not sure why, the ice cream I bought there tasted better compared to the kiosk at 1st floor.
