very good environment and good staff especially front liner (especially pharmacy department & billing department) for their polite & sincerity....keep it up !!!

This is my third time here. Service is great, in fact has improved much from time to time, waiting time is acceptable and doctor is knowledgeable to solve my medical issue. Not a very big hospital but it is well equipped and doctors are very helpful. After all, I'm healthy again 😁😁😁 Thanks!

Everything is ok. Would be better if the counter staffs speed up. There is no cafetaria inside the hospital, but there are plenty of eateries outside the hospital, so it's still very convenient. Anyway, doctor is good and patient.

I decide to admit my kid bcoz of vomiting but sadly u have to wait for a long time processing before u can get in😔
One thing i can give 5star it’s bcoz of her doctor.. Dr.Che Suhaida will never forget ur kindness Doc.. u are so friendly,very helpful and very good doctor as well..

Love all experiences with the doctors here. Dr Lim (paed) is soft spoken, passionate on what he is doing, always kind and attentive to my kids and I am very sure to all his little patients. Will always be our no 1 choice for our kids. Dr Nasir (gynea) & Dr Sabri (anest) are also very accommodating & very much helpful during my delivery in Salam back in 2019.

One thing that I believe Salam KT should really strive to improve is their billing department. It is really painful to have to wait so long just to settle the payment. They are indeed understaffed and the process is such a hustle. I don’t get it why I have to write name /IC / signature for so many papers every single time. I never have to do that in other private hospital in KL. Average waiting time to get the payment is 1-1.30hrs when there are many patients (which is almost all the time) and i really think it is ridiculous.

Alhamdulillah..we have made our good choice came to this hospital after KTS KT had transfer us to GH NurZahirah. And finally we had our operation with the nicest n humble Gyne Specialist Dr Nasir.
During the stay from day 1 b4 the operation, both the 2 doctors Dr Nasir and Dr Sabri (Pakar Bius) visited my aunty (patient) brief all the procedure that need to be done b4 entering OT room. Both are very profesional soft spoken and very friendly n humble..always having cheerful n smiling face. It makes my aunty very calm positive n confident. According to my aunty, surgeon Dr Aman was good humble n soft spoken too. Overall, nurses n staff also very friendly especially Sister Saadah. We had a good nice experience stayed here n supprisingly had a good discount too on the day that we discharged since our term of payment is cash.
We feel very greatful n thankful to Allah Syukur Alhamdulillah..make us all in ease.
We discharge yesterday n Alhamdulillah my aunty are fine resting at home. Thank you

Idk why the critical review, reception was good, phone line attendant was great, and the security guard is also very helpful in getting me processed.

I just want to show my highest gratitude to SALAM's Team for the excellent services. Walaupun tak prepare mental & emosi kena bersalin czer pada hari yg sepatutnya weekly check up, Dr. Sabri as Pakar bius sangat menenangkan ketika beliau bg briefing begitu jugak dlm OT. Same goes to pakar o&g,Dr. Nasir and his assistant nurse Kak Ya. Saya sangat selesa setiap kali dtg check up. very friendly and sangat membantu. sama juga semasa warded. thanks to all the nurses at SALAM hospital for the great hospitality. yang best nya. 9.30 pagi dtg check up, tiba² 10.45 pagi kena masuk OT, pukul 11.21 pagi baby dah keluar. huhu. begitu pantas sekali. dan Alhamdulillah disebabkan kepantasan itu, baby x sempat poo² & pee² dalam air ketuban. Thanks & lot of love from me and my husband Mohamad Azeem and our little princess Annur Alyssa. Thanks a lot to my husband as well for the bill payment. haha😂
