ARENA Boutique Hotel Kuala Terengganu

Staying here as transit accommodation for 2 times. Satisfied with the service and the amenities provided.

One great features of this hotel (for me) is they provided space at level 1 for those travel on business trip where you can use the space to do your business thingy like meeting or reply your email, such a pleasure features for me (refer to panoramic photo for the space)

And...they will have staff that will ask your feedback on your stay as well once you checked out, so you can provide your feedback for their improvement.

That's my experience with this hotel.

Room was clean. Location strategic in heart of K.T'ganu city. Visitor can park roadside or there is a parking lot behind the hotel. Nearby to pantai batu buruk and eateries. Overall it was a good stay.

Worth the money to stay here. Clean room, good location, easy parking. Nearby attraction: jambatan angkat, beaches (Must go pantai teluk ketapang. Try go there in the morning and evening for different view. Its beautiful!!! ) and Must try nearby nasi kerabu - Suerasa Nasi kerabu. Crowd starts as early as 7am! Be early.

And chinatown! Must go!

Nice hotel for a night or 2. Very comfortable bed & pillow. There is a lounge area with computer access, water dispenser and microwave. Wide and well lit staircase for those who don't mind to walk. Tastefully decorated lift lobby with seating.

Room is quite big for 3 persons. Beds are comfortable. Toilet is spacious and clean. Air conditioning is functional well. Location: very accessible. Staff sangat bagus! Plus TV dia ada Netflix! Terbaikkkk!

This is my second time stay at this hotel. Near to pasar payang, kampung cina, waterfront, drawbridge. Nearest beach is miami beach, pantai teluk ketapang. The famous nasi dagang atas tol only 4 minutes walk. Have free parking area for guest. The room is spacious and cozy. No window for my room. The tv only have certain chanel. Have lift for wheelchair, oku.

Stayed for one night. The room was tidy and clean, everything in the room is working fine. Although not the friendliest, the receptionists were polite and my check-in/out went smoothly. The hotel is located very near to a mall (Paya Bunga Square) and the bus terminal (MBKT). It's also walking distance from Chinatown and there's quite a lot of restaurants nearby. A good place to stay if you're travelling by bus.

Room is tidy and cold aircond. Have good TV with netflix. Bathroom nice and clean. But no view. Have lift go up to room.

Nice hotel rooms. Overall Cleanness and comfort of the room & bed is ok. it would seem like the toilet area and the flooring had just been renovated so some of the stuff looks new. Area to improvise are under the blanket for the cleanness. Also note no toothbrush provided for this hotel, so do get your own one before heading down ya.

One of my preferred hotel in Kuala Terengganu, especially during covid era. Variety of rooms. But some room might not have window. Parking space is available at the back of hotel. Walking distance to 7e and self laundry. Once I checked in at 5 am during covid and the staff is very helpful. No fuss. Passenger lift is available. Tv can be connected with your netflix. Room is very much comfy and clean. Great location.

A wonderful hotel. Good facilities, good service & clean. its in the middle of the town so its near to every attraction (pasar payang, muzium, nasi dagang atas tol, tamadun islam, china town)

The rooms was spacious, clean, ample furniture & facilities.

We had a great time staying here.
Will repeat to stay here if we come back to KT

The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The lobby had a nice scent. We were provided with all the basic amenities, and it's located at the center of Kuala Terengganu city. There's also Netflix on TV. The room also had both an aircond and a fan. Price was very cheap too considering the quality. Overall very satisfied with the hotel and the service.

I am satisfied with our 1 night stay there. They upgraded our room since the one that we booked got a problem. We are thankful for that. The room was spacious and clean, complete with AC, ceiling fan and android TV! There's a restaurant next to hotel: Plan A. The food just nice and the price is affordable. Location is quite strategic, not far from bus station (about 8 min-drive) other restaurants like pizza hut, pharmacy, convenient stores:7/11, banks, and BATA shop if you need to buy new sandal haha. Its just nearby hotel :) The staff was so friendly and explain to me about nearby eating place.

We travelled from Kuala Lumpur by bus, it was a long journey and I am glad that we chose Arena Boutique hotel for us to have a good rest before we leave to Redang Island next day. Definitely will stay here if I ever go to Kuala Terengganu again!

Hotel located in the middle of Kuala Terengganu town. Booked a double queen bed room.

The room was spacious and the toilet was very clean. Only the room floor is a bit dusty which I believe can be improved.

The best part is just 5 mins walking distance to the famous Nasi Dagang Atas Tol bandar branch.

Loved the stay in this hotel, though for a night. The bed was good, tea set with coffee bags n kettle plus 2 bottles of drinking water. Bathroom with hair dryer. Accessible to banks, restaurants and K.Terengganu Waterfront, Restoran Nasi Dagang Atas Tol, China Town and also near K.Terengganu Bus Terminal like bus going to P.Redang via Merang Waterfront Jetty.

I have no bad things to say about this hotel. Stayed here for a couple of times with my girlfriends, and we loved it! The room is clean, pretty, and worth our money. This is our go-to hotel if we want to stay in Kuala Terengganu.
