Paya Bunga Hotel is located in the centre of Kuala Terengganu City. There is a small shopping mall below the hotel and close to eateries within walking distance. Also close to Pasar Payang. The room is clean and enough space for praying. Breakfast was good too.

One of the newer hotels in Kuala Terengganu, with a "Muslim friendly" concept. Comfortable rooms n ambience, with friendly staffs at your service. The buffet breakfast is affordable at around rm32 per pax (if not mistaken). The Roselle cafe is also a nice place to have dinner, with tasty menu at reasonable prices

Nice experience. Good food, has a pool, good service, comfortable and clean room, close to a mosque. However the path in parking area is quite narrow.

My favourite hotel if come to kuala terengganu. Every year I will stay here. Unfortunately the service of food became worse. The taste of it became worse too. Please upgrade the quality of food (taste). It’s not yummy anymore

Amazing room! The room is clean and spacious. The aircon also works properly. The food is delicious. However, the parking spaces are on the 6th floors. It will took a few minutes to go up or down the parking spaces.

Spacious room, easy access to mall, podium parking. Pool quite big. Excellent hotel, only the toilet is very slippery because of marble. Dangerous for old people or kids

Room is spacious, the lifts are fast and efficient. The staffs are very friendly especially en firdaus and the general manager en Hadi, very good man. When you go to Terengganu, please stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

All is good. Hotel location almoat at middle of town and easy to get surrounding.
Hotel condition is accepted and reasonable charges applied.

From check-in until check-out the experience was very smooth and ease of mind. I would never think twice to stay in this hotel when I go to Kuala Terengganu again.

Came back again in 2024 and this time booked a studio. I still had a pleasant stay with great dine in menu. One minor unease thing,the aircond seems not cold as it should. Woke up in the morning and the aircond is not working anymore.

The hotel is direct in downtown. The stuff on the counter are very friendly and helpful. I got a update from a room without windows to a room with windows, what made my day.

Parking is in the level 6. Be careful and drive slowly when you drive up and down the ramp. Your car will thank it you. 🧐

Breakfast you can buy extra for 32PM. Breakfast is on level 11 and next to the swimming pool.

Hotel is very good and i can recommend it.
The only issue i had is to leave the park house on Saturday ( End of Ramadan).

I recently stayed at this hotel located in the heart of the city and had a great experience. Newest hotel in town, imo. May or may not hear some announcements from the bus station next to it. Lol

Best hotel in Kuala Terengganu..good hospitality, service and excellent place to stay

Stayed in Executive Suite and Junior Suite. Quite satisfied with both rooms. One of the well-maintained hotel in Kuala Terengganu. I will be a loyal customer to Paya Bunga Hotel if they can maintain their room just like my previous stay.

Only a little bit confusing with the parking for first timers, and a little bit troublesome have to keep going to the reception to validate TnG card for free parking everytime when need to get out of the multi level parking. Room is spacious and clean, nice carpets and clean bathroom. Have fridge, kettle, hair dryer and ironing board in the room. Well equipped. Convenient to go shop as well and a nice cafe called de Tulips at the lobby.
