Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital, Kuala Terengganu

My experience here for 3 days 2 night as relative of patient. Overall all staff is so friendly to me from guard to Doctor. Eventho the ward is pack but the beach breeze is so relaxing. I feel like vacation.

Got two cafe but not at main building. One at new building back and one at OnG block. I would walk far in the morning to food court at batu buruk for nasi dagang, nasi lemak, lontong, laksam and many more. KFC is outside the gate near the parking and there's a diy laundry there.

I bath at surau building every morning n dawn. Got room there for rm20 perday. Parking is hard tho. Alternative parking is at komplex renang.

Everyone knows parking here is one of the hardest in the world lol. So if you can't find some just parking behind other cars but please release the handbrake with N gear. We went to maternity ward, their service is good, and importantly very clean and comfortable! Thumbs up!

Inside this new building also have pharmacy and a bread shop. Got musollah at level G and 3 where we went to.

Accompanied my mother for follow up check up at Cardiology Clinic HSNZ on Sunday, 21 Jan 2024 and would like to say thank you and applaud Dr. Nur Farahana Hamzah for her attentive, warmth and detail explanation.
May she will be blessed with good career and health. Thank you and all the best.

I've been here as my MIL had fractured right femur during Eid Mubarak - an inplant surgery.

The doctors, nurses and all staff even the guards were attentive and helpful. The ward has a clean environment and make you feel at ease. Excellent service.

The challenge was to park your car during visiting hours - yet, visitors were tolerance to each other.

When my youngest son got a fracture on his right feet, we went to HSNZ emergancy. I was planning to use the medical card to KMI or Salam if my son will be warded. However, starting from the time we arrived at the emergancy, the staffs, medical assistant, doctors were very helpful and guide us. And the last part is, few young doctors at 5CD did very good job cementing my son broken leg. I am not sure wether I am using the right term for the cement process. I can bring my son home and the doctor gave another appointment for the follow up. Overall, satisfied with HSNZ. Just like to thanks all the staff involved. From a mother of five years old boy with a fracture 😅

A very excellent health care service

Saya pregnant mom travel dari kuantan ke Kuala Terengganu, tiba2 bleeding dan terus ke emergency. Lepas dokter check terus kena admit ward 3hari. Dokter dan nurse sangat baik loveee sangat 💓. Beruntung sangat siapa beranak hospital hsnz. Nak cucuk dexa pun misi pujuk dulu 🥺🥹. Terima kasih misi2 hsnz 💓

Lame dok singgoh sini. Mase kecik sokmo naik turun lift bangunan lame tu mase mok keje sane. Lening banyok doh bangunan baru. Alhamdulillah...terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan yang berdedikasi kepada masyarakat. Sape dok puah ati, aku jek pale die.

PERHATIAN KEPADA PEMILIK KENDERAAN AUTO YANG MELETAKKAN KERETA SECARA 'DOUBLE PARK' DI PARKIR AWAM.

Aku bagi tips mudah utk korang :

1. Matikan enjin kereta ketika gear P
2. Cabut kunci kereta.
3. Tekan button shift lock dan jangan lepaskan.
4. Tekan Pedal Brek.
5. Tarik tombol gear P ke dan ubah ke N
4. Dah Ubah ke gear N sila lepaskan butang shift lock.
5. Lepaskan break tangan dan biarkan free.
6. Nanti mudah orang nak tolak kereta.

**JANGAN MENYUSAHKAN ORANG LAIN MENGHALANG LALUAN KELUAR**

Hospital yg cukup lengkap walaupun kena sidai.....hehehe...overall bagus

Alhamdulillah, mata saya dapat diselamatkan dan layanan daripada Dr pakar mata HSNZ sangat saya hargai. Saya dari Sarawak dan sangat berouas hati dengan layanan daripada klinik mata HSNZ dan unit kecemasan.

Berpuas hati rawatan y terbaik dan cekap..

Walaupun masuk 3rd class (sbb 1st class reserve utk covid patients, 2nd class penuh), layanan dan servis dari pihak hospital sangat2 memuaskan. Tohmahan dan kata2 yg kurang enak selama ini kita dengar, adalah tidak benar sama sekali. Doc visit kpd patients, paling kurang 3- 4x sehari. Dah lah kerajaan tanggung kesemua kos pembedahan, wad dan ubat2an. Terbaik!!!

Alhamdulillah,wat masa ni dah lebih kurang dlm 10thn saya ke sini utk prubatan semuanya ok, layanan yg diberi amat memuaskan trutama ID klinik.. Semoga dpt diteruskan...

Staf sangat berdedikasi, sopan, hormat pesakit & waris. Bila call pagi2 pin cepat angkat call. Tak pernah jumpa staf hospital kerajaan sebaik di sini..Tahniah..Cuma kelengkapan agak lama..semoga petugas2 diberi kesabaran, kekuatan, sihat & dilindungi Allah. Terima kasih

terima kasih doktor2, nurse2, pekerja yang terlibat menjaga saya hampir 3 minggu pada jun 2021. Moga Allah memberi ganjaran yang berlipat kali ganda untuk tuan/puan.
