Hotel ibis Styles Kota Bharu

First of all, I love the modern style concept of the room. The price was reasonable when I check in . When I open the door, the room smells fresh. Even though I have sinuses but this smell does not bother my airways. Lots of amenities and toiletries made me fall in love even more. Furthermore, the room was very clean from dust. The housekeeper was so friendly and polite when I spoke to her. Also a nice greeting too and with a big smile from the maid when she sent me extra towel I asked for. Thank to Diana because she helped me a lot and treat my son well when I stayed there.

Love staying in this hotel. Strategically located in Kota Bharu city. Outdoor parking. Nice lobby. Staff are very helpful. Good TV set with loads of movies. Bed and pillows are comfy. The AC is very responsive. Excellent water dispenser inside the room with bottomless flow of drinking water and hot water. You can even ask Arista coffee machine delivered to your room. Alarm clock at the bedside table with wireless charging pad is fantastic. Wooden toothbrush is cool. Toilet and shower is separate. Other than that, the room has mini fridge, iron and iron board. Buffet breakfast is simple but enough food. The lobby has lots of seating, kids play area and vending machines

The best hotel I've ever stay in Kota Bharu! Me and my family very satisfied with this hotel services ☺ The receptionist staff was really friendly and kind. The family room we got was really spacious, clean and smell nice! Besides, we got a city view and it was really awsome! They also got separated toilet and it's reallyyy clean and comfortable. Meet one of the housekeeping staff there and she were really kind to greet us. The food was also delicious! Will come again for our staycation 😉

I was impressed to find that there were no plastic water bottles in the room, instead they provided a coffee machine and water dispenser, promoting eco-friendly practices. Even the toothbrushes provided were made from wood, a small but impactful touch.

Though the rooms were compact, they were well-designed and fully equipped with everything I needed. It was convenient to have an iron and hairdryer readily available in the room. Additionally, the presence of a microwave and a water dispenser just outside the reception area added to the convenience, especially for business travellers.

The welcoming drink offered upon arrival was a thoughtful touch, particularly appreciated after a long journey. The hotel also provides a vending machine, a kids' room, and traditional games in the lobby, catering to various guest preferences.

While parking inside the building was limited, the nearby open parking with ample lighting provided a safe alternative. Moreover, the meeting rooms exuded luxury and were equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was a nice touch to find apples and candies on the tables during training sessions, adding a touch of hospitality to the professional setting.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Very accessible and close to all major attractions. We had a very pleasant stay with our family. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. One of their staff - Ms Aini was very helpful and made our stay memorable.

Hotel and room are fresh looking and comfortable. Compact design but efficient used of space and great appliances. I like the cafe. Breakfast was fair. Not so much view because just barely have a glimpse of the river.

good views, hotel is clean and the check-in system is smooth. all facilities works great. got iron, hair dryer, water heater, coway, smarttv, fridge, washing machine and airconds. cutleries and plates also provided. theres also resident swimming pool.👍👍👍

They've sheltered carpark for our bike, which is the most important factor for me in choosing my hotel. The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly. Room is reasonable size and the amenities are excellent, very near to KB mall and many food shops around.

I stayed here for 3 days 2 nights during my business trip to KB. Wonderful ambiance of the lobby. And the room was very clean and tidy. The housekeeping team took good care of the room. I stay at this hotel for 2 days. i never expect that this hotel has buggy to pick guest from parking area. the first hotel in kelantan to do this. so awesome! the room is very clean and tidy. the bed is so comfort and i slept like a baby. housekeeping staff is so attentive to my request. thanks to mr mahadi for your fast action. also i met mr nik hafiz during check in, very friendly guy. the food and breakfast serve is full of variety and very delicious. i love this hotel and will repeat again.

Wow! I thought this hotel only like small hotel, but actually like 4 star hotel. At first i enter the lobby, i was shock because of the design is very nice. When i arrive, mr khairil & mr nizi assist me with my luggage. When i got to the room, it was very very clean and tidy. The bed smell nice. The wifi is very fast i can do work without any problem. Then i met mr nik haffiz having some chit chat very good guy. Thank you for your hospitality. Will definietly come back again soon!

I book for anniversary at this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeping take very good care of the room. En Mahadi is very attentive to my request, fast and efficient in ensure guest request will be fulfill. Kudos to en mahadi. He is a gem in your hotel. Wifi is very fast compared to other hotel. i never thought this hotel is very nice! the room is very clean and the bed is very comfy. the breakfast spread has local delicacies and it is so delicious. the housekeeping staff also very attentive thanks to mr tawhid. i also met staff name nik haffiz he is very friendly and tell me the places of interest to visit. the wifi also very fast i can do my work without hasle. i will definietly repeat again!!!

i would say this is the best hotel in kota bharu right now! the room is very clean and tidy and the toilet also clean. the wifi is very fast for my work purpose even i have connection issue with wifi due to old laptop but thanks to mr azham for your prompt action to solve this issue. i also met mr nik haffiz he is very friendly full of smile. the food is very delicious awesome spread. will repeat again next time!

Room very clean and comfortable,staff housekeeping friendly and so beautiful..Lobby very nice and clean...many facilities available,bed is nice..only movie don't have subtittle.

I was using one of their meetings for my training session. The room was very nicely set up and clean and comfortable. The meal served was also very nice; the staff was very helpful, and the pic I dealt with was also very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience I had there. for sure for the next training session, I will definitely be going here again.
