I had been visit 2 times for scheduled servicing, entertained by 2 different SA with good technical knowledge. Their consultation up to a standard and experience. They offered best, reasonable price, suggested to drop optional items which are not mandatory. Waiting room quite small, provided with nasi lemak, coffee, traditional malay dessert. Btw this center will be moved to a new location somewhere at chai leng park and offer with a better space and environment on 2024

Good service by Motoria. Bought and routine maintenance my CRV here. Appointment for maintenance and repair at the morning, you will get some breakfast choice of Nasi lemak, cucuq etc. Teh tarik, milo and coffee available too in their lounge. Good 👍.

The best Honda service centre in Penang. What I simply love about the place is the openness of the service centre. The service bay is practically open for customers to have a view on what's happening during service. Well, I guess we are not allowed to stand inside the service bay whole day but I sure did walk and talk to the service advisor and they are very friendly as well. The waiting area is very nice with air condition and Astro TV. Snacks also available as well as machine drinks such as Milo, Coffee or Teh Tarik. But i think snacks are common now too at other service centre. But the best part here is Motoria is so near to Chai Leng Park market so basically i enjoyed walking to Chai Leng Park and savor some of the great food there while waiting for my car to be serviced. ;)

Best sales and after sales service from Mr Jong from this Honda car dealer. Tip top advice, assistance for bank loan and follow up from down-payment up to getting my new Honda. After purchase, regular call from him to check on my car's performance and satisfaction. Very recommended to buy your new car from Mr Jong!

I got my Honda HRV with my salesperson, Mr Jong in 2016. Post that, he has been following up with me quite regularly and my car was performing excellently. I have also opted to get my service done only at Motoria despite relocating to another state. Hospitality and service is excellent at Motoria. Mr Jong has also been always available and responsive to all my queries even after years of purchasing. Recently I met with a freak accident and he went an extra mile to guide me on how to get things done as it was my very first time being involved in a road traffic accident. He has been following up even after days of the incident and I'm super grateful for that. Perhaps another Honda with Motoria and Mr Jong :)

Comfy aircond waiting lounge. Got nasi lemak, Malay kuih, instant noodles,cookies, big curry puff, Milo, white coffee all for free to keep your stomach busy while u wait for yr car to be serviced.

Among the best of Honda Car Maintenance or Services in the Penang / Butterworth region. Good service, well versed with Honda's car needs and technical inclined mechanics.
Drawback is the waiting room is small and congested. The toilet is small and have bad smell (cockroach scent).
