I would recommend the manager of this Mart teach proper customer service to the cashier on duty tonight, or end her service there. She is extremely rude.

In my experience tonight, instead of saying, “excuse me miss, we only accept TnG ewallet”, she asked what I was doing when I showed my MAE. EXCUSE ME for thinking MAE is an ewallet. Apparently only TnG filled the criteria. Then she scolded me, who was simply buying a small piece of cake, for not knowing "ewallet" is only TnG, that I am the only person in the while world who calls anything other than TnG as ewallet. She couldnt form the sentence, "Excuse me miss, we don't accept MAE", she said "Bukalah ewallet." Then proceeded to scold me. Horribly rude and condescending. Not at all worthy of respect and certainly not worth patronising ever again.
