Ahmad Homestay D'Perdana Kota Bharu

The homestay (2 bedrooms - 2 queen, 1 sofa bed @living room, 1 toilet) is nice and comfortable. However, the toilet is in the room so it's a little bit uncomfortable if youre a couple with a third wheeler. Got 2 aircond (1 room and living room), shower heater, microwave, refrigerator, unifi and njoi. The building got pool (need to book first and follow the schedule). The parking is quite hassle (limited space - need a skilled driver)

It's a great apartment. Fully furnished with luxurious furniture. Comfortable, fully equipped. But. The toilet bit grosses me out.

Booked to this apartment thru Agoda, when we reached at the apartment, contacted the owner but owner didn't answer calls!!.. Imagine what we went thru, travelled from far but can't check In!

Worst of all, most hotels and homestay were full as Kelantan International Bike week was going on, many riders came down to Kota Bahru.

My worst experience. Calls and WhatsApp not answered at all by owner till the end.
