Very convenient, now you can book appointment via MySejahtera for dental checkup. Overall, doctors and nurses are all kind and helpful. Less busy if you come 10 am onwards.

The nurses, attendants, everyone, was super nice and polite.dari pintu masuk, smpai lah balik. Semua staff sgt2 helpful and friendly. Dr Ilyana, the dentist, was superb. She took her time to explain clearly every issue to me. made me feel very comfortable to ask and address my concerns. And she took into account everythg i said! love her! Experience datang sini lebih bagus dr klinik2 swasta ive ever visited. HIGHLY recommended. Kepada yg nak datang, Boleh walk in, buat check up, then staff akan bg appointment. If u r lucky, ada free slot, mungkin dpat buat rawatan terus.

Getting my monthly checkup

my very best experience in gov dental clinic so far! made an appointment thru mysejahtera and when i reached there tak boleh nak scan turns out salah tarikh lol. and i tak jumpa the clinic which i thought dalam hrpz rupanya outisde ye, but the staff yang depan counter are all considerate enough that they still bagi me numbers and ask me to wait since that was my first time so kena la bukak buku baru and the staff/nurse yang isikan semua tu. time pergi tu around 11-12 which can be considered as peak hour juga dengan ramai jugak orang dalam tu, tapi surprisingly laju je waited less than 20mins kot went for bp(?) check up pastu terus masuk bilik rawatan. the nurses and doctors dalam tu pun top notch ye servicee tak macam other clinics layan acuh tak acuh.. i dont remember the doctors name, tapi dia freehair la. she was so nice in explaining things to me and gentle je time check and scaling gigi. suka sangat tempat rawatan luas and bersih, sangat selesa and seems new! definitely will come back

Saya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua staf, especially Dr yg merawat saya....tersangat ajaib dlm dunia ni masih ada penjawat awam yg sangat sangat friendly, kongsi maklumat, berbincang sblm keputusan di buat. Dah buat pun masih lagi nak bincang apa yg saya sepatutnya buat selepas ni. Subhanallah, you are really make my day today...tq semua..

Staff sangat baik. Saya call tadi staff jawab elok je. Rasa bersalah pulak tak sempat ucap terima kasih sebab kredit dah habis. Terima kasih ye klinik gigi kota bharu!!

The dentist that treated me last time was so nice. Overall okay. Except sometimes the waiting list for appointments can be bit frustrating
