Hyundai Kota Bharu Service (Baihaki Automotive Sdn Bhd)

Used to service at another service centre but the price was steep and the workers there were not cordial.

Googled and found this service centre, courteous staff, addressed me appropriately as Puan (instead of Kak) and followed up when they said they would.

I drove a Kia, by the way. I recommend this service centre to those driving K-cars, which is rare in KB 😁

Had a regular maintenance services at this centre. Staffs are supportive, friendly and clear in explaining procedures done during the service. Feedback was asked from customer few days after each services, which is good. Keep up the good work

I had a really pleasant experience with them in handling some issues with my Hyundai Starex, in early March.
Time taken to resolved my issues were as explained and I was rest assured of the repairs as they also offered warranty of the items changed.

This workshop able to find root cause for my kia forte 2013 rear undercarriage knocking sounds, even they already puzzled through. The boss also gives suggestions to replace the parts with the recommended aftermarket since I mod my car after all.

Excellent service from Baihaki Automotive SB especially Mr. Fahmi who is very helpful in solving customer problems. My father's car breakdown problem was solved quickly and accurately after a long time of failing to be repaired. Hopefully Baihaki Automotive SB can continue to provide good service like this in the future.
