CRYSTAL LODGE (KT0117006-H)

Stayed over during CNY with my family with 2 children.

Room: Very clean and bed is comfortable. Kid slept through whole night very well. Fridge very good and cold. Children food kept fresh for 4D3N we were there.

Breakfast: Good variety daily. Kids friendly dishes available like toast bread, porridge and scrambled eggs. Roof garden is very windy, cooling when enjoying breakfast.

Location: Located right in the city

Staff and service: Very helpful and efficient. Left my kids spoon after breakfast. Upon checking, it was quickly returned to us. You get a greeting each time we bump into them. Very hospitable.

Wifi: No issue throughout our stay.

For 3 star hotel this is a good hotel. The room is clean, not too spacious but enough space. Facilities are pretty okay, and beds are clean. And in town, near Pasar Siti Khadijah. So far no issue with parking.

For breakfast buffet, not too bad the spread. For the price no need to complaint la, good enough for me to visit each time we went to KB.

Yesterday we visited but the toilet is a bit clogged, but the reception staff did a good job checking and when the issue cannot be solved they changed our room.

Stayed here in May 2023. Lovely and helpful staffs. The room I had was small (1 pax) but it wasn't too bad for me although the window view is terrible.

I love the breakfast buffet spread, although not fancy, there were plenty of variations (like nasi dagang, fried noodles, assortment of bread and cakes etc).

Will definitely book a room here again.

Hotel Crystal Lodge is well located. All the tourist spots are within walking distance. Loved the river esplanade which is just a 5 minutes walk from the Hotel.
The staff is polite and well trained. We have buffet breakfast on their rooftop, 7th floor. This offers a panoramic view of the city. The breakfast spread covers local delicacies and western style sausage baked beans and toast. Something for everyone.
Our twin room was spacious enough, with tea service, a safe and mini fridge.

💢 Not sure about the rooms but I just came here to collect my rental car. Location of the hotel is center of KB.

Great breakfast, great facility, great service. My go to place whenever I visit kota bharu

We were welcomed by pleasant staffs at the front desk, and they provided us a room just as what I requested however, the management needs to service room ACs. The breakfast spread is pleasant and you should go to the outdoor area just to see beautiful view by the riverside in the morning. The hotel is also located very close to various restaurants and foodstalls so there is varieties to try but be sure to not book this place during weekends (especially their weekends, which is FRIDAYS!) as the whole area turns into a cowboy town! We had to drive all the way to the front of Chinatown to get dinner. Parking is also a small area so be sure be there early to get a suitable parking space.

We reached late night but there are friendly staffs waiting for us and offered to help us to carry luggages to our room. They are so helpful that they wiling to change our room even though there is some minor miscommunication in my remark during reservation.

The breakfast provided considered awesome for a small hotel like this. There are variety of choice from local delights such as nasi tomato, nasi briyani, chicken, mee, fried rice, toast, to porridge ,salad, scramble egg,beans, coffee and tea.

Location is good.

Overall are good except a little bit run down.

Surprised with the small but very well managed hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. D view of the cafe on d roof is superb. The only thing not so best is the limited parking area. Other than that, everything is nice. Will definitely come again.

Affordable hotel. We got a tiny room just for one night in KB, which was good enough. The breakfast buffet is nice, but it would be great if they could specify if they also used fish sauce, oyster sauce, shrimp paste etc in the descriptions so that allergic people can stay safe. Very nice view from the tower. The people that work there are also extremely kind people. If I'd stayed longer I would have invested in a bigger room.

Had an awesome 1 night stay here. The room was.spacious and the beds were comfortable. The toilet and showeroom were seperated by wall, which I like the most. Breakfast was OK too, not much variety but we were enjoyed it. The only drwaback was the room wifi, not connected at all. Make sure you have enough dataplan, if you plan to stay longer here.

4 days stay frm 10 - 13 August 22 was interesting. Location strategic nearby Pasar Khadiijah and other interesting places. Pn Sally, the hotel staff was very helpful The breakfast comes with the package was good. Room cleanliness was hood, staff were courteous and room rates are affordable. Highly recommended.

They refurbished all the rooms which is great. You can have your breakfast on the rooftop, but only until 7.45am, because of the direct sunlight. Limited parking lots behind the hotel. You can park in front of the hotel but the street is so quiet at nighttime. Easy to get e-hailing service here.

The room is great. The water pressure also good. But there are some minus point. I am so surprised they left the wet tower with water dripping. There also ants on the table 😅

Very clean and large rooms. Parking available behind the building. Central location in Kota Bharu town makes getting around easy. Breakfast had a moderate choice of western and local Malaysian cuisines. Nice view in the morning from the window while having breakfast.

Stayed in the single room. It has window. It's very comfortable for 1 person. All attractions in Kota Bharu city centre, are within reach by foot, if you love walking. The breakfast is good, albeit simple - but there're varieties.

Very clean room, friendly staff, good room services, & nice breakfast... overall this hotel is so statisfying, if they can build a swimming pool this hotel will be a perfect place to stay.. keep it up & maintain the good quality..👏👏👍

Nice cozy room in the city of Kota Bharu. There are some items in the room that are broken but the staffs are friendly and hardworking at solving the issues.
