This is random but first day back in Jb after 2 years, 2nd time back at Southkey to my surprise saw HYPE there so why not just take a glance since I didn't bought anything yet the entire day.

But shout out to Neesha if that's her name for great service before I even entered the store. I usually don't like people approaching me when I enter the store, but her positive attitude to the service made me comfortable.

And also great quality shirts HYPE it's certainly one of the better ones since few years back.

My family and I had a really really great experience at Hype!!! Look for Yusof when you're there!! He's so friendly and helpful!! Highly commendable for his service!!

staff malay girl of the opposite store, probably the new store was very rude and unfriendly. Both stores choose customers. Most of the staff choose only Chinese customers to serve since CNY is coming. For haizan thank you for your good service 👍🏻

Please teach your staff to be mature!! Fighting infront of customer is very unreasonable!! The long hair lady is screaming and scolding other staff for what reason really ruined my mood to shopping today!!
