i went there to see if I could buy a part for my Multigroom. the staff there are very helpful. one of the staff gave me the Philips service center location where i could buy the part. i found it and it worked perfectly.

another staff helped me to look for the usb c to lightning adapter even though she initially thought that there isn't any. there is but too expensive for my kind of usage.

I came here to look for home appliances. I was approached by Yikai who did not hesitate to check the availability of different models one by one in the system as I need them urgently. He informed that my item would arrive two weeks later and they did arrive as scheduled. Overall I had a good experience purchasing there.

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Mr Kar Hao (employee code : 804072) for the excellent service he provided us throughout the after sales process.

We make an online purchase of a rice cooker, unfortunately it cannot function after using two times. As we both stationing oversea, due to the unforeseen pandemic, our old parent are not able to bring the product down to store for exchange.

Mr Kar Hao put in the effort to make the necessary arrangement, helped us to arrange Ninja Van for collection. Though we never meet each other, but we can feel his willingness to help us throughout the whole process.

Not only that, upon packing the faulty rice cooker, my old parent forget to put the rice spoon back to the box, also some plastic and it’s base were gone. Mr Kar Hao informed us about this, as we are fully aware that 1 to 1 exchange suppose to return the product with all original packaging. We are truly apologise for all the inconvenience caused and appreciate his kind actions by allowed us to proceed with the exchange instead of repair.

Is that kind of flexibility, understanding, excellent customer service that wow us!!! We’d like to purchase more from Mr Kar Hao (employee code 804072)! His professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded our expectations, which we are truly appreciate it!!
