Hotel staff very friendly. It was raining many days on my stays, they lent me umbrella whenever I went out. Very convenient location, close to Siti Khadijah Market, many places to eat. Excellent hotel and very affordable!

It was a good experience. The staffs were friendly n very helpful. The place is near to siti khadijah market n there are alot of eateries where u can choose. There are also supermarket nearby. I definitely will stay here when i go to Kelantan again😊👍👍👍👍

I didn't live in here, but the people were very kind and really helpful here. We waited more than 30mins for a taxi but no luck, then we saw this hotel Flora Place. The girl at reception booked a taxi for us and let us seated inside. Very good people!

Layanan staff yg memuaskan... Tempat pun best di tgh2 Bandar tp yg tk best pi masa Covid... Byk tempat tk buka... Hahahahaha... Pi pun utk berehat semalam sebab delivery brg ke Kuala Krai dan Kota Bharu.. So kami lepak hotel ja mlm tu... Best...

Tersangat baik...berdekatan dgn wkaf che yeh...pantai timur mall...jln kaki je....ada subway..nasi kukus di dataran cheng ho...mmg terbaik dan sedap😚😚💯
