I was searching for fruit basket for my sister's birthday gift, when I came across L&L berries gift box and decided to place order on the spot. Florist update me that round basket was unavailable, will be replaced by square basket instead. Delivery was on the very next day morning before noon. My sister was so surprised and I'm glad she love it so much... definitely will repeat order again in the future. Good job L&L 👍

It’s a last minute order (really last minute! We placed order at 3++ pm). This is our first year sending birthday presents to our friend who moved to Johor. Found them through c*kerush but I found out that L&L did have cake themselves too and they offer free delivery. So me and my friend rush to place our order in their site. And walah! In an hour they are ready to be deliver and they send us the picture first before it went out for delivery. Totally worth the money! Love it!

Found this floralist on Google's recommendation, based on location, as I reside in JB. Contacted the person on WhatsApp. Must say, they are very responsive. Asked me about the requirements. Suggested me a perfect bouquet. I asked them to do a little bit of customisation, and they did. The result was perfect. Customer service is excellent. However, the delivery was a little bit delayed but maybe that was due to the weather that evening. Overall, very nice experience and will purchase bouquet from them again.

Contacted them through Instagram.Super friendly and helpful, i have asked to switch out some of the flower colours to accommodate to the receiver’s preference, and I needed it to be sent the next day. They customised based on my needs and sent me a picture to double confirm if I am satisfied with the new design. They also sent the flowers on time the next day. Super happy with the outcome, will def recommend to friends!

I am an overseas customer, when I looked up a florist in Johor Bahru, Laurel x Leafz website came up at the top of my searching website and I fell in love straight away with her flowers arrangement. I was searching in Google for a last minute purchase for an opening congratulatory gift to one of my client when came across L&L. What caught my attention is the choice of flowers, etc, the setup and all of it.
