Dr Charles is a very experienced dentist. He can extract the wisdom tooth without scanning x-ray. I met another old experienced dentist before. He told me before my wisdom teeth all grow straight and he can extract directly. But in other places, there's dentist insists to have x-ray before extraction. And due to previous experience, so I didn't go back and choose another dentist.

My husband's wisdom tooth also done by Dr Charles. And the price remains the same for almost 10 years!

I noticed that one of the nurse who is putting a plastic bag in a dustbin by wearing gloves. She didn't stelize or change her gloves. This hygiene issue is sth need to be corrected.

I went there two times.....to do fillings on the same teeth. My first dental fillings done by Dr. Charles, it was a nightmare. I feel pain when he was cleaning my teeth, and he mad at me for that. I feel pain about a week after doing fillings there.
The fillings broke after two years then i went back there to fix it and do scaling. This time Dr Eugene handled me. He is so kind and patient. I didnt feel any pain after he do fillings for me. Thank you Dr. Eugene!!

话说检查不用钱，检查后收了Rm30. 再说智慧牙歪了她不会做是Dr. Charles. 要另一个医生Eugene来做。不是很好的体验。给个差评。

Avoid having your teeth done by Dr. Charles. Had a root canal on a premolar done by him a few years back that keeps getting infected lately. A CT scan done with my current dentist showed that root canal was done on only 1 of the 2 nerves. It was also performed in such a way that compromised the tooth structure. So i am now unable to salvage the tooth with another root canal and will likely need a dental implant costing RM9000+

Worse experience ever with Dr.Charles I had never think of I will be hospitalised for 5 days just because of an extraction of wisdom tooth due to the doctor of using an inappropriate tools while performing the surgery causing me to have subcutaneous emphysema.
