CU Mart Taman Perling

Greetings to who left reviews from 5 Stars to 1 Stars. I frequent CU Mart Taman Perling since they open on 29th November 2021, no doubt team managing the store frequently changing most probably due to the working hours and some might have problems with customers attitudes.

Most of the less than 3 Stars reviews commenting about food quality, staff attitude and service rendered or place to sit. Let me just remind you as a customer myself, 1st of all this is a Convenience Store NOT Restaurant therefore only 1 table was provided and it wasn't for customer to sit longer time nor it use to sit around but I am sure it meant for any customers that might feeling dizzy or unwell on sudden or for senior citizen or expecting mother to sit whilst their children or their other family members shops. 2nd of all, if you are in your SCHOOL Uniform, The teacher/s from SMK SERI PERLING (especially) has instructed the staff to NOT allow you to sit around at their permise (by right you shouldn't as that is not McD or Starbucks alike). 3rdly, no doubt they service hours was from 7am to 12am, and you came around 11.30pm they will not topup any hot beverage anymore as they are cleaning up for the next shift to start at 7am. 4thly rude staff? I am yet to face an incident of CU Mart Taman Perling of being rude as I start being in the best manners as customer 1st, so to say, if any of the staff being rude, it could be you are the problem (check your attitude before you accused CU Mart Staffs of such allegations), 5th, do not expect CU Mart Staff to serve you at the table, that is not what this Convenience Store are providing. 6th, NOT KNOWING how to use MICROWAVE and you throw tantrums to the CU Staff? common, your attitude is absolutely unacceptable, the how to use is there to read (Sorry, maybe you can't read english, ok I get it, but you can be frank at the CU Staff and say, I am sorry, I can't read the instruction of how to use the Microwave, can you please help me?). I am sure it is us the CUSTOMER who make them acting as such (I know I know, in service line they should be able to control the situation, but they are human who has feelings JUST LIKE US too, so take it easy and you don't have to be too stuck up with your comments. 7th, the price matter, I can't help not to comments but... we are talking about RM1 and you feel like you have been cheated RM1000, your bad review don't deserved to be applaud neither to be take seriously as the staff explained why the price are different. Gosh, RM1 you made your comment visible here? (If you don't have money, please don't act like a rich "Korean", can I say that to you.. hahaha, am joking, but RM1?? seriously dude)

Last but not the least; either the CU Mart outlet NOR the so called customers, both has to be in their best manners to engage with one another, don't be ignorance. Thank you. Ms. D

I recently had the opportunity to visit the CU convenience store in Taman Perling, Johor Bahru, and I was very impressed with my experience. One of the best things about this store is that it is open on public holidays, including during the Eid festival, which is incredibly convenient for those who need to do some last-minute shopping.

The store itself is well-stocked and organized, making it easy to find what you need quickly. It has a good selection of food and household items, and the prices are reasonable. I was able to pick up some snacks and drinks for my family, as well as some toiletries and other essentials.

In addition to the good selection of products, the staff at the CU convenience store were friendly and helpful. They were able to assist me with finding what I needed and answered any questions I had.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at the CU convenience store in Taman Perling. The fact that it is open on public holidays is incredibly convenient, and the selection of products and friendly staff make it a great place to shop. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for a reliable and well-stocked convenience store

The staff is very friendly, especially the girl, she treated us well and answer every question so politely. This is my first time came at cu and came around 12 pm and so many people there but she still manage to treat us well. Good job cu 👍👍

i was there at 16may2022, 10am.
there was 2 staff. the shorter girl go beyond & above to serve customers.she even told me the ongoin promotion n i saw her offer one chinese lady to cook her rose toppoki on the stove as the big stove is broken. im so impressed with her attitude.please appreciate her ok. and hot goguma latte so good.i love this outlet🥹

Went for bubble tea. Ordered iced latte with honey pearls. Bitter for my taste. The pearls taste awful. Costs rm9.

Peak hour during weekend night but only 1 staff to run order from customers and grab.

Cost rm2.99 but d male casher charged me rm4. He said that's d old price. I ask for receipt but he didn't give me. I'm in a rush that's y x arguing with him. There's a female casher at the same shift. Scammer ! RM1 oso wanna cheat. X de duit boleh minta sedekah. Jgn tipu. Dosa

Poor service from waiters

员工态度很有问题，蛋糕不知道放了多久，想做到像family mark那样，却没有那个质量，食物和人品不敢恭维

我们来这边吃东西 买东西 店员没给好脸色看 还赶我们走 很没礼貌 我出钱 我是顾客 不给好脸色看 还威胁我们 现在是没有读书时间 我们在那边待一会店员讲要打电话给我们学校的老师讲 奇怪leh 现在都不是读书时间 讲我们学校干嘛 已经不是一次两次了 每次都没有好脸色 东西还卖那么贵 桌子不够就在摆一个囖 酱有钱

太差了，饭团都不熟，饭粒像是放了一个星期，硬到太恶心，给狗都不吃
