There are 2 outlets in KSL for those who are confused by their address. The one on Ground Floor has a brown shop front while the one on the 2nd Floor has a black shop front. The 2nd Floor branch is located 2 floors directly above the ground floor branch. Converse between them via the escalator located right outside.

Recommended to Alpha Dental by a JB friend. Made an appointment a week in advance via their whatsapp +60128688076. Responses are fast during their operating hours. Did a basic cleaning, polishing and scaling. Dr Pang is very friendly and she explains in details and guides through the process. Also preempts if there might be pain during the procedure. Extremely happy with her service.
Receptionists are also polite and they answered queries promptly and accurately.

Will definitely return for future dental visits.

Was recommended by a friend to have my teeth done here on Monday, it was a lengthy session as I wanted to get all my fillings(5) as well as scaling done in one session. Dr Pang attended to me and completed everything under 150 mins! She warns me when I might feel sensitivity and slows down to multiple short 'zzzzz' when she sees I am in discomfort.

I am personally not too fond of dentist visits but I'm glad I chose to have met the team here for a relatively comfortable experience. Charges were reasonable as well.

Dr Yeo was extremely Honest about his advice regarding my condition (I really REALLY wanted braces) But he advices that getting braces for my case would do more harm than good because my crowding is very minimal, his honest advice despite already going through my free x-ray proves that he isn’t just in it to make money off his patients, but generally really care about the well being of his patients and also gives his pros and cons in a very honest way. Although I ended up not getting the braces I really wanted, if I ever need any dental services I would definitely go back to him, if you’re looking to get braces I would 100% highly recommend him and would really put my trust in him rest assured.

Strongly recommend this dental. I'm doing my first teeth bracing by Dr Yeo. He is very professional and patient. He help me know more about my teeth problem, let me know the process of bracing, and ask me to consider deeply first before make decision. He is very kind and soft every time i back for consult, this make me feel not very nervous and scare when make any adjustment of the teeth bracing. Appreciate that I found a good dental for my tooth bracing.

I choose Alpha Dental at KSL because KSL have many self care amenities such as hair cut, facial, nail, massage, indoor playground, retaurants, grocery shopping. Can schedule once a month to have braces treatment and do other self care things.

I was attended by receptionist Nurul whom understanded all my queries. I never had to repeat myself and everything went on smoothly.

I was attended by dentist Dr Pang. She listen well and explain all my queries precisely without going out of the question and loading me with unnecessary details. The dental treatment was a smooth process as well.

I was attended by Dr Aw, she is detailed and comforting. She will let u know what she is doing and inform u if there will be discomfort. The scaling and polishising process took about 40mins and I am very satisfied with the process and result. No hard selling at all.

Entire experience at the clinic was amazing. From easy registration to very detailed dentist. Thank you Dr Swan for clean teeth. She was so patient and detailed when she did my scaling cause I have rather crooked teeth and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I had this tiny crack in my teeth and she helped to even out the surface so I wouldn’t scratch my tongue. My 2nd visit there and will definitely have more to come.

My first experience at Alpha Dental Clinic (KSL City Mall) was great! Did an express whitening session which includes scaling and polishing with Dr. Aw and the entire session went smooth sailing.

At first, I was quite hesitant and nervous as I hadn't been to a dentist in several years. My friends from Singapore as well as forums online recommended this clinic and after seeing the fair and reasonable pricings they offered, I figured it was time to pull the trigger and booked an appointment (did this via Whatsapp which was hassle-free and they reply almost immediately).

Dr. Aw, my dentist, was very friendly, informative and explained the entire procedure very clearly. After the brief consultation, I knew I was in safe hands. Sure enough, the entire experience was painless, comfortable and made my fears of visiting the dentist vanish.

After I was done, I asked about other dental procedures I was keen on doing in the future (iron fillings replacement) and Dr. Aw clearly explained what to expect in terms of the process, outcome, as well as pricing, even recommending me to not replace all my iron fillings as some of them were still in good condition although the decision was still ultimately up to me.

All in all, I'm definitely a satisfied customer and look forward to future sessions here. All the praises to Dr. Aw and her team today for their great work and I definitely recommend this clinic! 😊

There are 2 clinics in KSL and the one we went is located on level 3 (or they named it as L2). Been here a few times before I wrote this review. We always asked for Dr Aw as she is so nice and patient, she will explained everything in detail and only recommend the essential treatment. Charges wise is very reasonable.

I strongly recommend this dental as the entire performance was wonderful. The staff service via WhatsApp was reply promptly and patience during working hours, I have changed my appointment time for fews time but they're still coordinate the time with me . I appreciate that. My in-charge dentist was Dr.Yeo , He was soft and professional during my 1st ortho adjustment ,meanwhile he will also keep asking if I'm feeling comfortable or not during the process. It reduce my nervous and starting to build my trust with him .

All in all, I appreciate all the effort from the nurses and dentist.

was my dentist who was very friendly and professional. At the beginning I was kinda worried because it was my first time extracting tooth, but Dr Aw managed to distract me from worrying, and when she injected the anesthesia, i don’t feel any pain at alllll. Went for an appointment with Dr Karyn with 2 seniors and everything was well done. Decent service, quiet environment and modern facilities, and the dentist was very detail orientated and that reflected in her work as well!

Scaling and Polishing was between RM130-200 depending on the level of cleaning was, and you can expect fillings to be at around RM 150 to 200 per tooth. Will definitely come again.
