The ever first orthodontic hands-on class on extracted tooth that I’ve attend. This course compromises of excellent balance of theoretical and practical sessions ranging from history taking, dental X-ray and photography, as well as iTero scan. If I were given the choice again, I would still choose Dr Matthew Hong for his bigger picture approach and how he helps me to see and to become a better clinician especially in orthodontic aspect. A very comprehensive ortho course for general dentist. Highly recommended!

I had been experiencing pain in my lower left wisdom tooth for almost 3 days before I met Dr. Matthew Hong. The pain of my wisdom tooth was unbearable, although I had taken some painkillers from the pharmacy. Dr. Matthew Hong advised me to take a pre-surgical X-ray to check the condition of my wisdom tooth. Dr. Matthew Hong said that my wisdom tooth position was relatively shallow, so a CBCT scan (a.k.a. 3D X-ray) was not needed. Dr. Matthew Hong had explained to me the consequences of leaving impacted wisdom teeth, which are discomfort and decayed neighbouring teeth.

During the surgery, Dr. Matthew Hong made sure that I had been given enough anaesthesia before he started the surgery. Before the surgery was proceeded with, Dr. Matthew Hong double-checked whether my cheek, tongue, and lips were completely numb. The surgery was done in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Matthew Hong said that a shorter time of surgery will ensure my healing process is faster, and an Ice pack was given to minimise swelling after the surgery.

I had been told that my wisdom tooth needed to be split into pieces to ease the extraction. A post-surgical X-ray was taken to check for any root remnants. Dr. Matthew Hong advised me to eat a soft and liquid diet for the first few days to ensure better healing. He also asks me to avoid hard and hot food.

During my healing period, I experienced a bit of swelling, but the pain was still bearable. The doctor advised me to come back after one week for suture removal.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience personally, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Matthew Hong to anyone seeking a good dentist for wisdom tooth removal.

Dr. Matthew is not only a very well-experienced dentist but also a very supportive mentor. During the visit to his clinic, I was amazed by how advanced is his fully digitalized dental settings. He is also kind enough to explain some cases to me in a simple way patiently.

Most probably the best dental treatment I have ever experienced: Dr Mathew is skillful yet polite, and with the help of technologies such as special cream to numb the treatment area, literally you don't feel anything throughout the service. Highly recommended.

The doctor and his assistants are all very professional and polite, excellent service. He explains everything that is wrong to you and exactly what he is doing about it without even you asking. They make sure to explain the pricing and fees in detail as well before proceeding with anything. 10/10 recommended.

Dr Matthew Hong is such a professional and honest doctor. He has done tremendously successful gum surgery for my infected gums. Dr Matthew Hong is a very skillful and meticulous dentist. I did quite a few 1 day crowns with him and he would really spend time to make sure you get a correct bite. Those of you who have occlusion problems that cannot be solved by dentists in Singapore, you should come here. The 1 day crowns here is much cheaper than Singapore and you don't have to wait for 1 week like the traditional crowns (for you info, Singapore hospitals don't even have 1 day crown services). Make an appointment at 9am and you will get your crown fixed by 7pm on the same day. Matthew does implants as well, judging from his skills, I think you should get good and affoedable implants done here too.

Dr. Matthew Hong is a very friendly and approachable person with highly professional attitude towards patient. Always listen to patient's complaint and give out the best treatment plan possible. And also with the availability of high end technology machine such as CBCT, intra oral scanner and Cerec machine no doubt increase the quality of dental work provided. Highly recommend this clinic.

Great service by Dr Matthew Hong! My husband walked in for emergency tooth extraction due to severe toothache. Dr Matthew and his team were really quick and immediately attended to his need. We were out in 30 min! Kudos!

The ambience of the clinic feels warm and welcoming, even though the size of the clinic is rather small. All the staffs are so nice, soft-spoken and kind, that I feel very welcomed.
