I recently visited Affin Bank at Kebun Teh and was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service and efficiency. From the moment I stepped in, the friendly Pak Security greeted me with a warm smile, setting a welcoming tone for my visit.

The staff at the auto finance department were equally impressive. Their professionalism and efficiency made my banking experience smooth and hassle-free. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable and eager to assist, ensuring that all my needs were promptly attended to.

It’s rare to encounter such a harmonious combination of friendliness and efficiency in banking services. Affin Bank at Kebun Teh has certainly set a high standard, and I will undoubtedly return for future banking needs. Kudos to the team for making my experience exceptionally pleasant!

I went there to sign my hire purchase agreement and to open a new savings account. Even though consumes a little bit more time, the staffs are friendly and polite in assisting us.

This bank has one of the friendliest and helpful staff. The manager is Mr Sham . He is helpful and dedicated to his tasks and also towards elderly people who are not tech savvy. If you stay around Kevin Teh. Hope it helps !

Guard is vy polite & good service. Banking process overall slow.

Very irresponsible staff
I went there to replace my card due to some issue
Once back home i try to register my card for auto debit but cant be process
Then i call the customer service they told me the bank staff never update the phone number
Omgg
Now i need to wait for 3 working days

No productively, only 2 customer but waiting more that 45 minutes

Cannot find tel number

Lembab gile buat keje... Xtau laa kaunter dia ada berapa ramai cover.. Tapi 1 no hampir 45min baru di panggil...

Nak mintak tolong keluarkan resit kecik no acc untuk bagi company saya sebab saya first time bukak acc dekat affin ni , staff dia dtg dengan muka belagak dia kata senang je nak kuarkan and dia suruh tunggu dekat 20minit laat last dia buat buat buzy je xnk tengok aku . Ubah la cara kerja anda !! masing masing dah tua dah situ .

Sangat lambat. Terlalu lambat. Pelanggan terpaksa menunggu lama untuk membuat urusan di kaunter bank. Masa nak duit pelanggan, semuanya segera. Pelanggan nak dapatkan perkhidmatan lambat pula.
