Staff at counter 1 is very helpful and friendly,mean while staff counter 5 a bit impatient and not friendly,waiting time quite long as well...

Terrible customer service, in this modern era which is highly technology dependent, for generating a new password, this bank need to take 1-2 months time, somemore can yelled on customer, i.e. ' why the other day that i explained to you, you don't understand ke, still can submit the form wrongly'? Whoever from the bank read this, can check your cctv record on 20/11/23 ard 9.30-10.30am c how your staff talk to customer. I had reported this to my Board, we are considering to open account with other bank.

Another remark is that,if you are an inpatient person, don't talk to customer, do something behind the scene, it will be good for everyone.

Do what u promise, don’t play with customer like we don’t deserve ur service, I think u want getting famous on social media aren’t u ??????????????????????????????????

Went there today based on Google map showing its location but found out from residents there that the bank had moved ages ago... Sigh

So terrible
