Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departures, Satellite Terminal)

Entitled to the First lounge thanks to Turkish Airlines. The shower room was awesome and clean, and the staffs were polite and joyful. Had nice curry noodles, beers and guacamole with toast. Highly recommended.

Frankly speaking it was fabulous experience. First class lounge many thanks to Etihad Airlines. Food was so delicious, welcoming massage session was phenomenal and thr shower room was amazing and super clean, and the staffs were great kind, polite and joyful. I had yummy dishes. I would highly recommended it to all passengers pass via Malaysia

Very nice ambient environment with good view and good food. Liquor and beer available. Free WiFi, best place to rest and relax before going on board!

A solid 4.5 stars imo. Very nice reboot of the older plaza premium lounge.

Finally a decent lounge in KLIA ,

Food is generally good but choices remain small. Handmade coffee options and okay desert options. Toilets are clean, shower is available and welll staffed.

Staff is super good. Very warm and welcoming.

Downside :
1. But it seems that it doesn't have freeflow alcohol except for carlsberg.
2. Snack options could be a little better.

Comparing with plaza premium at Hong Kong, this place still have some room for improvements.

The newly renovated lounge relocated to a closer area after the immigration checkpoint. They have first class lounge as well.

The hot meals option are ala carte ordering and the meals are good

Pretty good lounge. Clean and offer decent food. Laksa was good . Spacious and quiet.

Standard plaza premium lounge. One of the few plaza premium airport lounges in the airport on the 2nd floor. It wasn't so busy at the time when I got there. I was just hoping to get some snacks and drink plus some quiet rest before heading onto my flight. They got some individual booths that are perfect for that.

Upon entry, there is a line-up sign for credit card users on the left and airline entry for the right. The other will take care of the overflow clients to enter once their own line is cleared out.

On a recent visit had noticed they have improved a lot, in terms of service, food selection, and setting areas.

However, I do believe they can still make some more effort to add some more selection of drinks and food.

Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA International Departures is a nice and comfortable place to chill while waiting for boarding.

Food selection is not bad (Nasi Lemak and Western served when I came for breakfast), and you can also request coffee. I've also come dinnertime, dishes served are like chicken curry and pasta aglio olio. There is a salad bar and a variety of cakes too. However, alcohol is not free.

I mean, would I pay to enter? Probably not, but quite a number of bank cards are accepted so I usually enter via my mom's card.

Came here on 1st day of Raya 2022. Minimum food selection of salad, soup, curry chicken/rendang, fried rice, vege and dessert. Got can drinks, Carlsberg, coffee and tea too. No fruits tho..

Spent 10 hours of my layover time at Plaza lounge and I must say this was the best decision. The staff are friendly and food although limited in choice, tastes incredibly good. The shower facility and toilets were clean. Would highly recommend this lounge to spend transit time at the airport

Very comfortable to stay while waiting for your flight! Food serves with local menu, salads, instant noodles, cookies etc.. are enough as refreshments before on board. Staffs are friendly and you'll receive warm smile once you step inside the lounge. Located near to gate A10 you can find Plaza Premium Lounge if you turn up early before your boarding time. Enjoy!

Overall, quite good.
Most food is good, and well fed. No empty bowl. Hot noodle is cooked on request, and it's good enough. A few staff are always walking around and cleaning up dishes timely, very pleasant.

One of best lounges experienced in life. Good facility in Singapore airports. Reason for best airport in world, yes each time they maintain quality checks.
Food was superb.

Same food. Everyday and forever. Some are tasteless. Sometime too noisy compared outside the PPL

COVID-19 as taken toll on everything. The lounge that's usually busy and noisy is totally silence. Food choice are limited, was there for breakfast so only 2 choice Nasi Lemak and American Breakfast. Bar open as usual.

Wonderful lounge! Clean, comfortable and great food.
We requested vegetarian food and the cooked it fresh without any hesitation!

Good food variety. Shower facility. Free WiFi. Free beer and premium coffee and tea from bar. Free canned soft drinks and fruit juices. Hot soup noodle. Porridge. English breakfast.

We had a great stay of 12 hrs. Keep it up. Good food and good hospitality. Cheers

Good lounge, will be great if wine is complimentary. Currently, Sky train are unavailable at certain hours. Do cater for additional time if flight takes off from main terminal.
