Empress Hotel Sepang

The 5 stars are relative to its price and outback Malaysia lication, not that it is a 5 Star Hotel or resort. A large hotel about 25 mins from KLIA. Even has its own portico. Pick up from KLIA was timely. Was early for check-in but duty manager put me in a room. Obviously a bit dated but it looked well maintained. A large room with comfortable bed. TV selection was poor. Modern-ish bathroom with good shower and hot water. Located in small residential and commercial area with restaurants, convenience store and laundries. WIFI was hit and miss and is need of upgrading. Okay for email but struggled with video. No real traffic noise but street party noise at midnight was annoying. The big downside is the 90min frequency of the shuttle; if you just miss it then its a long wait especially at night after a long flight. No ATM on street but they are in the couple of banks. Stay there again? Yes.

Me and my husband was travelling from New Zealand and we got to stay in this hotel till our next flight. We had recieved exceptional customer service from the Restaurant manager Riduan(not sure the exact spellings of his name) and his team. We both are vegetarians and the Restaurant Manager was really helpful to find us vegetarian foods. The food was delicious and room was clean and spacious.

Good hotel if you have a transit. Offers airport shuttle. Rooms clean and comfy. Roof top pool. Great value for money. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

This is a great place for church camp. The hotel staff are friendly and ready to attend to the needs of our group. We had a tremendous experience at Empress Hotel! We will surely be back :-)

A nice hotel with suitable rooms for is price. Easy to find restaurants around. Rooms were cosy with enough amenities provided.

Good hotel for price and interesting little town to wander around. Close to airport and shuttle bus supplied.I have stayed 3 times and will stay again as my transit hotel.

The contenential breakfast suprisingly good. Took a moment to figure out the lights but I assume it's part of being foreign haha. Staff was helpful and let us know when to be ready for breakfast and shuttle back to airport.

A nice place to stay. The food was delicious, and they have shuttle to and from the airport. Affordable place to stay for short transit.

Strategic location, more eateries there from malay cuisine to thai, chinese, indian cuisine. Also near 99 speedmart. Also near Maybank, BSN so you can withdraw some cash.

Great location, in the middle of housing area circle by shop lots like grocery, photocopy, pharmacy and eateries.

Convenient location. Great place to stay and its nearby KLIA and KLIA2. Sorry not walking distance nearby.
