Sama-Sama Hotel, KLIA, Kuala Lumpur

We weren't expecting this hotel to be so nice as it is basically an airport hotel but it is amazing.

The entrance hall and all the corridor areas are richly decorated, they have about 8 restaurants, including one on the rooftop

The rooms are the best we stayed in all holiday - really comfortable beds and chairs, great shower and toiletries, spacious and generous coffee and tea.

Staff really friendly

Impossible to fault.

Wonderful aesthetic, convenient location, stunning service, and AMAZING food! This hotel was probably the best hotel I stayed in when I was visiting, and when I come back this year, il definitely be staying at this hotel for sometime! The hotel buggies drive you through the airport to the hotel, and the manager offering us free food and desserts. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy, and the food is very nice, showcasing foods from different cultures, but all tasting authentic. Be sure to pay here a visit!

Based at KL airport, this is the perfect location if you are wanting to break up a long haul journey! Very comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. The restaurant serves food from all different countries and the all you can eat buffet dinner is 168 ringgit. Great if you're hungry! Food includes seafood, curry, noodles, fresh fruit and desserts.

Easy to forget that you’re actually in an airport hotel when you enter it. Exceptional property with all the five star finishes. Buggy service is great, especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Only thing I’d note would be if they’d consider making the gym open all hours. They will unlock it on request but it would be convenient if they’d look into this.

Great service, the workers are so helpful and honest in guiding. The room is clean, and spacious.
We would like to stay here again, next visit KL sure stay in this hotel again.

Don’t be fool by its name. It’s definitely a 5 Stars Hotel

When my friend recommended me this hotel, I was hesitant because of the name. No regrets booking this hotel.

Had a pleasant one night stay and rested well. The room is spacious with comfortable bed and very modern. A good standard on what a 5 stars hotel should be. 2 thumbs up.

Strongly recommend for travellers who has an early flight the next day as the hotel is very near to KLIA 1. The hotel provides buggy ride to the airport and it is fuss free. No worries of being stuck in the infamous highway jam.

The best place to stay if arriving very late or early morning flight as the hotel is just next to the KLIA 1 terminal (5-10 min walk or 2 min via the regular buggy ride which operates 24 hours a day at 5 minute intervals)
We booked the hotel to receive my daughter who will arrive after midnight. Special shout-out to Ms Farah/Farrah at the reception who kindly upgraded our twin room to a triple room (2 single beds and a sofa-bed that is converted promptly to a third bed by the time we stepped into the room) at no extra charges. The room is extremely clean, quiet and classy with a great view of the airport. There is a bath-tub and the toilet is sparkling clean.
As for the buffet breakfast at Continents, any guest (deluxe, premier etc room) can request for an add-on at Rm70plus per person- pay as you enter, but Ms Farah informed if I purchase when checking in, there is a special rate of RM55/guest so I promptly took up the offer. The spread was good and location very convenient.
Lastly, parking for guests is a bit strange, perhaps to prevent abuse of the system- you have to pay RM10 for the first time you drive out of hotel (we went to Mitsui for dinner) but on subsequent drive in and out, you can pay and get the receipt to be reimbursed at the counter (which is really inconvenient as the pay machine could not print). Fortunately on check out, the reception validate our parking ticket (somewhat reluctantly) which allows us to drive out. Hope a better system can be in place for this. Other than that, a 5-star stay which I strongly recommend.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The free buggy service to the airport and its close proximity made our travel seamless. The option to request teddy bears for our children added a charming touch to the experience. The swimming pool provided a relaxing retreat. The staff, particularly Ms. Amiera, warmly welcomed us and ensured our stay was exceptionally comfortable. Mr. Amirul's politeness further enhanced our positive experience. A highly recommended hotel for its convenience, thoughtful amenities, and welcoming staff.

I chose to stay at this hotel because of the location and is the best hotel in the area. I was there for a night to catch my flight out of Malaysia the next day. Even it was only for one night, I enjoyed my stay.

It is a lovely hotel. Nicely decorated, modern, clean and not crowded. Customer service was excellent. Check in was smooth sail. I had a fantastic spacious room with a sofa, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom and a great night sleep.

Latte from the cafe on ground floor was nice. I ordered a room service for an evening meal. Delicious. Service was efficient.

I conveniently took the buggy ride in the morning for the airport terminal. The service is provided by the hotel and it’s located on the ground level. It was not busy that morning. I waited only 5 minutes for the buggy.

Overall, it’s a great comfortable stay! Exactly what I was looking for!

Had the experience of staying overnight for a flight in the morning. The rooms are amazing and their breakfast too. It's right at the airport with a 24hr free pick-up and drop facility.

Great airport hotel. Very convenient if you are in transit. The only issue is that they have strict check out time. They should use the 24 hours system like some hotels already offer in Bangkok

Very good option for an airport hotel if you have a flight at KLIA early the next morning. Nice hotel, good rooms, decent restaurant. Easy 5 minute walk to the airport across a skyway that is very easy to find, or they have a regular buggy service there as well if you prefer that. Price is reasonable for what it is.

Sama-Sama Hotel at KLIA is easily one of my top 3 airport hotels in the world. It's a true airport hotel (unlike some I've stayed at in, for example, London and Dubai), with easy access to and from T1. The people were great and very helpful, including a very efficient luggage storage service after we checked out. The lobby and other public areas are spectacularly nice, and the room far exceeded expectations for the relatively modest price. I would always stay at least one night at Sama-Sama Hotel when flying in or out of KL.

2nd time staying here. 5 stars hotel with great experience. Near to the airport and the staffs are friendly. Would be coming back here next year for another warming staying.

Beautiful hotel with polite staff who answered all our queries! And the free buggy service to and fro the hotel and KLIA1 is super convenient!

Great place to stay off you want to be close to the airport. Has a gym, pool and spa facilities. Despite being right by the airport and an amazing room with views of the terminal and runway, it was very quiet.

Very good place to stay after long flights. We got connecting rooms. Suite to superior. Love their breakfast buffet. Impressive salad bar and Japanese selections. They also have lovely pastry cafe with pretty eclairs and cakes. Staff? Very helpful and cheerful. Keep it up.

I stayed at the Samasama Hotel on the last day of last year while visiting Malaysia from Korea for 3 days and 2 nights.

However, I left two coats at the hotel, and
I recognized that I lost them at the airport
when I returned to Korea.

There are 2 terminals at Malaysia Airport and 2 Samasama hotels. It would be needed to confirm which airport you are arriving at and which Samasama hotel you are arriving at the time of booking.

It's very far between T1 and T2

The buffet and dining inside were really good.
