Maybank (Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi)

Went to bank for withdrawal, process was so easy and fast with good customer service. The front counter (counter 4) Malay guy was so helpful in the withdrawing process.. Not even 30 minutes, I walked out with cash amount and happy heart.. Keep it up guys.. I hate to go to banks due to terrible service but this time it is like wow 😇..

Went there on Friday to replace my ATM card. Long queue but waited patiently for about 1 hour. The staff were friendly and helpful. The frontdesk staff were particularly efficient clearing up all issues by customers.

The counter service was excellent too. In addition to replacing my ATM card, I also asked to check one of my dormant account. The officer successfully reactivated it. Thanks.

I don’t know why other give a bad review. But I’d been here & their treatment is superb, fast & efficient. The staff also quite friendly.

Mudah dan tak perlu tunggu lama..ikut nombor giliran anda

Great service. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Datang untuk open new account. Overall process took 45mins. Staff kaunter depan banyak tolong utk setup M2u and dalam masa yg sama boleh layan 5-6 org dengan pantas dan efisien. Tak menyesal datang sini. Kelemahan: 3 kaunter shj yg buka.

kena buat appointment dulu sebelum pergi，disebabkan waktu pandemic ramai orang yang nak pergi，saya book 10/9 ，slot yang paling dekat pun 29/9, tapi staff memang mesra dan sudi untuk menjawab soalan. pergi untuk buka saving account，lebih kurang tunggu dua jam sebab ramai orang dan kaunter untuk urusan buka account cuma satu sahaja. overall nice😁

Tempat yang strategik tapi agak susah untuk cari tempat meletak kenderaan bila masa puncak atau masa bekerja.

Tular kad bank kurang 3 minit selesai dapat kad bank guna mesin self service...
