Service counter staff were so kind and helpful! We had a lot of luggage to check in and they made the process seamless and easy for us. Thank you so much 🥹

People at the front counter (check-in) were very rude and just giggling and laughing with each other. Not communicating at all of what is going on. just telling me to wait (20 mins while they are just chitchatting to each other) after, to go to pay a receipt at a different counter, while the other employee that is supposed to issue me a receipt doesn’t even awknowledge my presence for 10 minutes. Going back to the counter asking what is going on and they are just completely neglecting their position and job. they just tell me to pay a bill (unsure if it is for excess baggage for myself or for my dog crate). Only have ONE machine to effectuate payments that WOULD NOT work and had no alternatives besides trying again. Then after the 3rd attempt of the employee trying to charge my card they desired to bill me through their online portal and worked immidiately. WORST Singapore airlines experience I have had. All the employees and the checkin counter should either be fired or have some proper training refresher on how to do basic customer service. This is a Malaysian Singapore airlines problems since I have never experienced this from the airlines elsewhere. Always in KL, doing the bare minimum.
