Billion Shopping Centre (Sri Mutiara)

Good place for groceries shopping. Got a bowling alley too. Other than that, nothing interesting. There is a paid parking area beside Billion for RM2 without time limits.

Everything you need for daily life...will never failed you here.

Wonderfull as always. Great place for relaxing. Variety Delicious foods to chooses from asian delight to Western menus. Must try.

I wanted to stay away from hectic traffic during this festive season so my choice was shopping at Billion. I bought some fresh vegetables and fabric softener..they were cheap BUT fresh! I can still get my medicine from the opposite road pharmacy. What a convenient!

Most people going there to buy groceries for their house (because the price at here is affordable and you can find anything at here from groceries, clothes and so on) but now, kb land also being a place for kids to play. My suggestion if you want to play bowling, this is the right place. Maybe the bowling centre always being service, so the game go smoothly.

I heard it used to be the place to hang out before KB Mall and Aeon opened. Now it's a ran down place with many units for rent. Maybe the management needs to rethink their target tenants now that the whole place no longer appeals to the retail market. Maybe revamp and open units for co working space? The possibilities are endless, ultimately need to remain relevant and continue to earn money.

Very quiet place, always at peace to shop here but the price of lots of things sold here makes noise as it always reasonable and cheap.

Some of the shops were closed long time ago but there's still some operating. And lots of promotions sometimes

Easy to parking in the basemant and if you buy rm30 above you don't have to pay the parking fee..it is free but only when you purchased rm30 and above..
