The bank is always not full of customers. Parking is also available. Easy transactions. The loan rate is low as well.

Customer service is good but card is not easily and readily available to be made.

Good thing was not so many people in this bank. BUT very poor customer service. Made to wait for 15mins even only 1 customer ahead of me. Other staffs were free but didn't even consider to open another counter to entertain me. The staff that entertained me wasn't friendly at all. Didn't even put a smile. And Air-cond not functioning. there were fan but used for their staff. Crazy!
