Mrs Theesan threated her patients with care and respect. Giving me advice on my diet and what to eat. The clinic assistant named Ms Nisma also plays her duty so well and being so helpful.

Last week I took my mom to klinik theesan CG . Not much patients that time .I feel Doctor asking unnecessary Questions. Dr Raphael his name if I’m not mistaken. And nurses are not friendly at all, except one nurse who wore a scrub her name wrote tanu. She told us to wait a while most polite way.and the when we out from the clinic also she was there and told my mom to take care . My mom was so impress.😊😊

Recently I went to Klinik Theesan, I think the management has added a new staff there….( at first I thought she is a doctor 😊)After all the new staff is very friendly and kind….This is how it’s supposed to be…. Unwell patients must be treated well….since this is not a government hospital, nurses must show some kindness...The Dr as usual he is ok….
This time I also didn’t wait for too long , can say fast service too. All over I’m really happy with the service I received 👍

I been visiting this clinic for about 2years since i relocated to johor bahru.
So far my experience with them are good, they having experience and professional doctor and staff are helpful.

The doctor was really kind , and took her time to see all the patients.. the staff also really friendly.

I had a very bad allergic reaction. The receptionist, the doctor and his nurses were very helpful. The doctor is very calm and composed. I was in excruciating pain. He helped me to calm down and provide me with the necessary care. Thank u so much!!!
