Holiday Villa Hotel & Suite

It is really a nice hotel with strategic location in front of the famous wakaf che yeh night market. I really enjoy the stay with nice city view from 8th floor. Spacious room with fair price. I dont know why others complain about the aircond, but no problem with my room. Need to turn on the ac using the remote control manually once you place the card key. Even though parking is limited but the staff will help you to find the safe parking. Recommended!

For me, its location was very good. Very near to wakaf che yeh. Easy to find food. There's 7e, McDonald and watson near the hotel. Indoor pool, need to highlight parking are limited.

Nice place..nice room nice staff but the bad is the aircondition..ive stayed here few times but only 1 time everythings is perfect..the rest is all prob with the aircond..manage to change the room but still the same prob..even my fren room having the same prob...in future i may not stay here anymore..the last...not really recommended due to this 1 particular prob..the rate is rm180++ but like ure sleeping in a microwave oven🙄

The hotel is located almost at the center of town, so it's easy to navigate there. The room I got was quite good for 2 peoples. Not too big and not too smalls. The view outside is not that good because the room is opposite of shop lot. There's no beautiful scenery to be seen around the hotel, but that because they were located in town, so it's still a win there. Overall experience is good and nice.

Great place to stay with reasonable price. Not only was the place clean but the staff were friendly too. The Mc Donald next door makes it convenient for me and my friends to hang out.

Great Value for Money and Fantastic Stayed

The room was huge and the view was very nice with big big swimming pool and lake views. Bathroom also big and clean. Although, the room we stayed in is a bit far from the entrain, but walkable plus they have elevators. The facilities are great. Moreover, the location is also good because, it's nearby to restaurants and shopping centers. On the other hand, the staff also helpful and friendly. I would come back again.

suitable for price for everyone. spacious room with good compliment breakfast. the pool is big and clean all the time. the hotel's location is good as well, you can go shop till you drop during night time just in front of the hotel, the famous wakaf che yeh. it is quite near to main centre of kota bharu, 20mins away to aeon, and 15mins to kb mall.

Nice place to stay when visit Pasar Wakaf che yeh. Just cross the road and next to McDonald. Alot of restaurant nearby the hotel.

We had a training session here for 2 days during PKPP. Pn Mimi from Sales was attentive and helpful. She always checked on us to see how the session goes. And all staff are polite and warm hospitality. Hilman from the FO was very good in helping us taking good pictures. Abang Security was also good in making sure we have our parking slot. Kudos to Holiday Villa team.

Great location! In front of Wakaf Che Yeh. Next to Watson, 7e, McDonald, coffee shop. Easy access for public transport. Hotel car park are limited but you can book for valet parking for MYR15 for first day, 2nd day onwards MYR10. Breakfast okay👍👍

the pool is inside the building at 2nd floor, shaded from the sun. the kids love it. the rooms are ok, getting around also ok.

Best place for those looking for Escapism activities. Great for family vacation and gathering activities. Highly recommended.

I really love it... It gives me what i expected. Hot shower, good. Comfy bed, got. Tv channel, ok lah, especially kids channel. Parking space... A bit problem. Aircond, cold.
