Mount Pleasant Veterinary Centre (Changi)

The staff and vets here have been nothing but great and very supportive. They have been seeing all our rescued cats with a discount and are very helpful and friendly.
Updates were also frequent and also given when asked.

I really like this clinic. I had come to Mount Pleasant based on a recommendation from my Ryde driver. The support staff in this Changi branch are polite, pleasant and helpful, and the vets are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. One of my cats see Dr. Colin and one other sees Dr. Eric. I really like that they would always take time to patiently answer my queries, and would always try to help me understand the science behind the medical issues my cats have - i feel that this is how a medical consultation should be - i.e. a dialogue. The fees are also very reasonable. I wanted to write this review to recognise the good quality of their service. Thank you!

My cat was suspected to have eye tumor/cancer by another vet, because of a swollen third eyelid, and the vet wanted to put my cat through a series of test. However, my gut feeling told me to seek an alternate advise. That was how I came about to MPV @ Changi. The vets and nurses there were very professional and nice. The vet took a look at my cat, and suggested an antibiotic shot and some ointment. After a week or so, the infection dies down and my cat has been well till now. It had saved my cat from going through unnecessary series of test and pain, which turned out to be a simple infection.

Our little one had an almost incurable ear infection. We had seen four other vets, and despite their best efforts, the ear infection still remained. Dr Eric took a shot at it and was able to help us rid of her ear infection once and for all. We will be forever grateful to the dedication and effort spent in removing that ear infection.

And that thin membrane of bacteria she finally shook out of her ear was a sight to behold.

Price is higher than other vet places but the vegetarians and nurses are great! They're super friendly and gentle with my cat. Appreciate them a lot!

A bit more expensive than other vets but the guys do an amazing job with your fur babies. Plus there is a branch all over and keep records of past visits.

I would recommend this place. My dog had just undergone a Pyometra surgery in another clinic. When I took her home after 4 days of hospitalisation, she had black stool, was coughing & panting excessively, vomiting and refused to eat or drink, the vet told me that her CBC showed a lost of 38% RBC but did not advise me how to improve her RBC. I was left without help nor clear explanation. When I called the vet who operated on my dog, she said "What do you want me to?" That left me devastated and stranded thinking there's no hope.

On Sunday I visited Mt. Pleasant Changi to make an enquiry, Dr Girisha saw me whilst I was talking to the recep, she asked what happened, I explained my situation and she said "I will be with you in a min".

She explained the CBC report to me clearly, explained to me what's going on with my dog's post-op, prescribe anti-inflammatory medication to soothe my dog's pain. She did a test on my dogs black poop just to make sure there's no blood, albeit it was due to the iron pills.

My dog is no longer struggling from pain, and neither am I struggling with worries.

The nurses are knowledgeable and caring too. :)

Always a great experience there, few customer, quick to get into the Doctor’s office with appointment.
Dr Eric has been a great support for my pet dog who has allergies.

Staffs were very attentive & show empathy towards patient & owner. Very detailed explainations and try to accomodate to our budget. Never rush things and everything is done calmly. Recommended for any emergency

Great experience with Dr Eric. He's very patient, knowledgeable and experience vet. After going thru at least 6 vets, he will be my regular vet for my cat.
