Ok place to buy drinks and snacks

dont recommend using the shopee item collection here. the item was collected successfully and there was no damage to it, however counter staff behaved like i owed him money or did him a de-service and looked very disinterested/unhappy during the whole collection process.

I would NOT recommend this location as a pick up point for your Shopee parcels. Although my parcels were delivered in good condition on my two visits here, the staff was extremely unprofessional, aloof, and rude.

Despite knowing that I was here to collect a parcel, he continued to use his phone instead. In fact, he was more focussed on watching videos rather than searching for my parcel.

Please think twice before visiting this location as other people clearly suffered similar poor experiences for parcel collection/delivery as well.

Thought I'd try a different Shopee collection point (further from my place) for a better experience but I was wrong. Although I managed to collect my parcel without any hiccup, the shopkeeper wasn't giving any happy vibe (as oppose to the name). He didn't speak a single word, not even a "Hi" or "Ok". It felt like I did something wrong.

Also looked around and found the items in the shop quite pricey. Probably only benefit those living around the area because there seems to be only one convenience store. Not recommended especially as a collection point.

Should name the shop “HappNO” 😆 wonder why they employ a botak who cannot speak and behave like a piece of wood.

One of the shoppe collection pt to AVOID, attitude of the guy in the shop is quite bad as if everybody owns him a living.. pls note that the shop has a different closing hour in shoppe compared to his own opening hrs.

Do not use this site as collection point for deliveries from lazada via ninjavan. Some of my deliveries by ninjavan cannot be made to this shop and are made very difficult to receive . Either they refuse to take them or the shop is open but no one is there to take delivery of item and store it

I would give it 0 out of 5 if I could. The one particular shopkeeper who ruined the experience there, was this middle aged lady. I had to drop off a few ninjavan parcels. All the time she was condescending to me. First she asked me to use her phone to scan the QR codes of the parcels. That wasn't a problem. However, the offhand remark she made, "My phone very expensive hor please don't anyhow then make it drop"

Secondly, she griped to me about not having enough space to hold all my parcels behind the counter. I then asked, "so where should I place them?"
She followed this by kicking a box to me that was empty after restocking of her shelves; telling me to put them in there myself.

Lady, I don't think I was interrupting you, so why the attitude? On top of that what exactly did I do wrong to have you vent your frustrations on me? Terrible.
