Went here four year back but just realized didn't write the review of the place. Very clean and neat hotel. Also the hotel is a good budget hotel. Their service was quite efficient too and the location of the hotel is very strategic.

A new hotel, very good in terms of hygiene!!! They are very attentive to details, even prepare toothpicks for you to press the lift buttons, and then a rubbish bin for you to throw them. I would say, I am very particular to choose a hotel that can fulfill SOP and Covid-free, so that I can travel and stay at ease. Sometimes I will even go into the details like whether they can do good housekeeping work. They really did it good!!! Rented a family room to stay, and my family enjoy their stay too. Will definitely come again if we visit Bukit Mertajam!!!

Smooth check in and check out with friendly reception staff. The room is clean & comfortable. Good option to stay if u attending the St. Anne's feast in July but booking in advance is advised. Located within walking distance and close to restaurants and stores. Highly recommended.

Quite comfortable after renovation, reasonable rate in town area.
Convenient as all sorts of services are just stone throw away, anything you can name it around this hotel: bank, computer shop, electrical appliances shop, nasi kandar restaurant, Chinese kopitiam, DVD shop, fruits shop, cafe, Japanese restaurant, dimsum restaurant as breakfast, convenience shops (7Eleven, Family Mart, Happy Mart), karaoke, eastern and western cuisine restaurants, boutiques shop, beverages outlet, fast food, grocery stores, bakery, doby services, laundry, car repair shop, macam-macam ada..... But beware! Parking has to depend on luck!
