The location of this store is very convenient. It is close to commercial area in Maju Utama but the parking space could be very challenging for a quick drop-by. They are quick to restock their food and beverages. I noticed the supplier lorries are always in front of this store to restock but that also gave a traffic disturbance in that area during my visits. The seats in the store are so convenient for customers to hang out and eat for a quick one. Good store to visit 👍

Customer service getting worst staff all talking not serving customers bad experience

What mean “Takboleh Guna TNG”？ if that counter cant use tng just let me know before payment and the staff didt inform me about payment can only use cash and key in my item and tell me cant cancel excuse me？？kidding me？ thats ur staff problem not my fault and that counter infront put the board from tng ？？

Buy quite a lot of items, staff don't bother to offer packaging. I remember buying from other outlet and still get plastic bag. Its not even saturday. Will not come again :)

this rate for staff, staff gemuk hitam tu. dia tipu saya. i nak redeem coffee, dia cakap tak boleh redeem dekat family mart kampung baru. suruh saya pergi jauh, so i pergi sana tanya staff sana, dia cakap boleh. second time saya datang family mart kg baru. staff lain accept ja saya nak redeem. kenapa nak tipu ? masa tu tak ramai orang pun. pelik betul perangai.
