A very good service from staff. Even open the door for me when I walk near the door. And friendly. Asked me ‘May I help u’ when I approach the counter. I feel like eating in a 5-star hotel buffet. LOL

Usually it'll be crowded but I have a tip for ya. Be here at 9-11am and you'll be serve as the courtman. 😗😗😗 Nightime obviously will be flooded with people here.

Visited McDonald's Kulim during CNY, faced an issue with kiosk redemption due to a chicken shortage.
The points were deducted, but the kiosk displayed an error, stating the food failed to redeem.
The manager quickly addressed it, explaining the situation and informed either wait another 30 minutes for the foods or I redeem again in future. He was guiding me on future redemptions without
deducting points via phone apps.
Despite the hiccup, the manager's assistance turned the experience positive. Appreciate the team's dedication to customer service during busy times. Leaving with gratitude and new knowledge for future visits. Kudos, McDonald's Kulim!

I really appreciate the service this branch provided. During peak hours for drive-thru, there'll be staffs outside taking order and later will be pass to their colleagues inside. The queue may seems long, but it'll be done with in a short time. Fantastic

Always my fav place to go! They do their work quick and manageable! Last time I went there to buy THE BTS MEAL even though there's a lot of customer, they handle it well!
